Dr Franco is a nice person but his Sister as a receptionist is very rude. He needs to remove her before he looses clients over her. Was waiting for paper work to be filled by the doctor and she said it is going to take time because he is with patients. Then she comes out an hour later and says are you waiting on someone. Then I told her I'm waiting for my paperwork to be filled. She goes on to say I already told you he is not doing it today and closes the window aggressively. Then she goes back and tell her brother Dr Franco her side (lying) and he tells me don't talk to his sister like that... Whhhhat (I'm confused) He lost me as patient and I know it will be many more patients to follow! Time stamp this day. read more

There cancel on me 2 times before Christmas and I have diabetes!!! Never call me to give me a new appointment My partner was today in Appartmemt 3 pm !!!! And 4 other patients before him S you must make a appointment by 3 pm to see the doctor by 5 pm ??? This is ridiculous!!!! The doctor is very nice I think the biggest problem is the one older receptionist she have a big attitude!!! And speak with clients rude and nasty. Dr. Franco and his stuff have been my family dr for the past 4 years and I have always had an amazing experience ... since they remodeled the office is bright and clean and although sometimes I have had to wait (not as long as the other over dramatic posts and reviews have said) but there have been times I've waited and it's only because he takes time to explain or sedate any fears I had about whatever illness has brought me to the door. Years ago when I was working I had this doctor, because he was on my insurance plan. I had to change because I lost my job so I went on my wife's insurance plan and another doctor. After several doctors my wife suggested because we were looking for a new doctor because of insurance again I chose this doctor because I remember he was a friendly honest man. My wife and I have been coming to him for over a half a year and he healed my wife's finger with some antibiotics. He really listens to me when I talk to him and takes the time to listen. Honest and sincere. Betty is the best when it comes to taking blood. A friendly and positive nurse. The staff overall are the best. Sure the waiting time is a little long but that's only because he takes the time to listen to the patients. Believe me I've been the worse doctors. And you wait forever and they're waiting room and give you only five minutes of listening time and then just leave. read more

If I could give NO star I would. Be ready to wait at least a few hours. Whomever schedules the appts, they triple book. Now as for the doctor. He needs a reality check. Very bad attitude. Does not know how to speak to patients. Left there worse than I got there. I'm giving you fair warning. Choose another doctor. read more

Breast-feeding mothers BEWARE!! I went to this medical office for a bad sore throat, they could not let me see the doctor so I saw the nurse. I was prescribed antibiotics (for what I suspected and turned out, in fact, to be a viral infection, my daughter just had hand foot and mouth virus so I tried to suggest that maybe I had got infected...anyway....let's say that is another story). Then I was told, and here comes the unbelievable part, that in order to take this antibiotic I had to STOP breastfeeding for a week! I repeatedly asked if this information was correct, the doctor insisted (I heard him through the door talking to the nurse). It takes the simplest google search to find out that AMOXICILLIN is totally safe and compatible with breastfeeding YET this doctor had no clue!!! I still cannot believe a medical professional would give me such wrong information, I had not known better he would have compromised my breastfeeding relationship with my daughter. It is infuriating that something like this can happen in 2014. You are a doctor for God's sake how don't you know this stuff and I do?!?!? I would give them 0 stars if I could. Needlessly to say even if amoxicillin is breastfeeding compatible I did not take it because I did not trust these people...still shaking my head. The following day I was already better (my daughter infected me with her HFM virus). Simply the worst doctor's office I have ever encountered in my life.
