LOCATION- the office is located in a large intersection- the Regions Bank Building on 36th and Biscayne so its impossible to miss it! Parking is free and offices are tidy! STAFF- the reason why i chose this DR to begin with was the service i got over the phone- i went through a list of places and most places had really unprofessional and rude receptionists- at which case i hung up and tried a different number until BINGO! i hit this office. The receptionist is very polite and soft spoken. She is very professional and just a pleasure to speak to! Very nice and friendly -first PLUS! I did wait a little longer than usual but the front desk young lady told me that my insurance was having technical difficulties and she couldn't get in touch with them. They had a nice big flat screen TV in the reception which made my wait barely noticeable. DR- She is extremely nice and polite. So genuinely concerned and listened to all my crazy rants and medical history ups and downs. She was very receptive to all my comments and offered great advice and even helped me with recommendations on other specialists i should see. She even had the front desk girl make copies with specialist information and wrote referrals so i wouldn't have any problems with my insurance covering my services. She also took down the names of all my prescription meds and found cheaper alternatives and then sent them directly to my pharmacy so i wouldn't even have to bother dropping them off WOW! this place is really amazing and understands people and how to take care of them and their needs. That's my experience at every doctors office I've been to, until now. At One Medical in Brickell you're welcomed into an open living room setting by Bri and Eliza who are both super friendly and professional. Don't get too comfy in the waiting room because you'll be taken on time (in my case they took me early.) And it wasn't a nurse or assistant who came out to greet me. It was the doctor herself. Dr. Rosie Singh is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, compassionate, very easy to talk with. She explained a medical condition better than the specialist who treated me. for it. She gave me around 30 minutes of her undivided attention (unlike a previous primary care physician who breezed in and out of the examining room in minutes!) Her follow up was same day. I went to have my lab work done after my physical and waited less than five minutes to be seen (I went on a weekday morning.) Adriana took my blood sample and was a gentle pro (despite my uncooperative veins!) Plus, my lab results were ready the very next day complete with Dr Singh's comments. Every inch of the office is immaculate. This is not your typical doctor's office visit. While I hope I don't have to visit frequently, it will be a pleasure to return to One Medical.

I waited nearly 2 hours for this "doctor" to show up and when he did, he seriously looked like he'd spent the time spiking his bleached-blonde hair straight up and attaching chains to his black t-shirt and black jeans. He looked at the vitals (taken by his nurse), looked into my throat and declared I had the flu. Then he prescribed anti-biotics (like that's gonna help!) and said come back in 10 days. He wanted to do a full blood work-up but I said no way, which was the same way I felt about going back in 10 days.

I am coming back to Miami in September for surgery again and I will definitely be coming back here for my clearance. Everyone was so nice and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. According to his assistant he heard a recording of how rude i was with his staff and decided to drop a 90 year old patient. I consulted with my attorney and he said it was against the law for the office to record,. let alone not advise of the recording. Additionally, the Dr. had his office call to drop this patient without so much as a regret. Refused to request his referrals for upcoming appointments, so do not think much of this physician. Grievance will be filed with the insurance to drop this physician from the plan.
