Do NOT use this company if you care about your Oak trees and protecting them, or even your…read moreneighbors trees, from Oak Wilt! They are Not ISA Certified Arborists! If you don't have any oaks on your property, then they are fine, otherwise, absolutely Not! They trimmed my trees in Kerrville 3 years ago and when I hired them I specifically ask Mr Eddy if they would be immediately spraying the cuts on my huge, old oak trees because I knew that was important, and he told me yes that they did. Well I watched them trimming the limbs and they were not spraying as they cut, which I was told needed to be done, so I ask them about it. They said, "Oh we go back and spray when we're finished cutting." First, they are to be sprayed immediately, second there is absolutely no way they would remember every single cut, or see it, to be able to spray them 30 minutes or more later! Well they recently cut my neighbors trees, one of which is a Spanish Oak that I know is close enough to have roots intermingled with my huge old Live Oaks. Again, I ask the man if he was going to be spraying the cuts and he said yes, and showed me the can. Well I stood there and watched and after he cut a few he sprayed the cuts; however, when I went out of sight he did not spray his cuts! We left and when I came back there are all sorts of cuts on the limbs that were not sprayed and they are long gone. (See photos below) They will lie to you and NOT spray the cuts putting your Oaks, and other people's oaks, in jeopardy of getting the deadly Oak Wilt disease that is killing Oak trees all over our state!! It is Completely unethical that this is being done to peoples trees!!! Do NOT do business with this company!
