We contacted Francisco on Thursday, he came for an estimate on Friday, arrived with his team on Monday and finished ahead of schedule on Tuesday. We were dealing with a hideous overgrown dead weeds area, which concerned us as a fire hazard in addition to being so gross to look at. The team was so professional, the pricing very fair and outcome, more than we could have hoped for. We already requested quotes for additional work. Thank you, Francisco! read more

Very responsive and professional. I haven't hired yet but appreciate the time spent the owner coming to my property.

Francisco was quick to respond, give a quote and begin his work. He communicated well with what was needed and got to it within the same day! I had a large area with mostly dead grass and dirt and wanted to get sod installed. He came out the following day of my request, gave me a quote which was reasonable and was prepared to start his work the same day. Within 2 days I had the new sod installed along with sprinklers. It has been a month and the sod looks beautiful! Definitely will reach out to Francisco for future landscaping projects! read more

I highly recommend Francisco's Landscaping! He came out the same day to provide a quote and information about the project. He kept in touch with calls and texts and offered me a great price! He sent pictures of the landscaping rocks before purchase to be sure I liked them. He and his team showed up early and ready to work on the designated day. They finished in less than 4 hours, cleaned up after themselves, hauled the trash away, and were polite and professional in their communication. I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking to have landscaping work done! read more

Complete transformation of my front yard. Don Francisco understood what I wanted and answered my questions throughout the process. I made sure to provide a sketch of what and where I wanted things. The project was a low maintenance desert landscape, stepping stones, DG and desert plants with a drip watering system. He even came back weeks later to show me how to maintain the desert plants and tackle the minor weed coverage. I would recommend this business and call back for help with the maintenance. read more

Francisco and his team did a fabulous job on our yard. We went from dead grass to a beautiful xeriscaped yard. They tire up the lawn removed it, trimmed all the bushes properly, placed down the weed barrier planted the plants gave us option on which mulch we wanted. They could also do gravel and decomposed granite. Said if we need any help or changes to let them know. Their price to come back and check on things and trim up the trees and bushes we have in the front and back is very reasonable. We are so happy with their work. They were all very professional, worked hard, communicated well and did such a great job. Will definitely be using them in the future and have already recommended them to some other people. Francisco and his team did a great job doing a deep clean of a very neglected, overgrown backyard. He was very responsive when I asked for an estimate, arriving early for both the estimate appointment and the actual cleanup. The price was reasonable, and I was completely satisfied with the job they did. Thank you so much, Francisco! read more

I hired Francisco after seeing all these photos with stars believing he must do excellent work. I hired him to get all the mulch out, spread weed killer and put down the weed blocker and put the mulch back. He weed whacked the tall weeds, pruned all the plans down to nubs (did not ask him to do that) did not spread any weed killer and he put the weed blocker on top of the mulch and covered it all up. I went and bought few plants to plant in the empty spaces and just saw he and his guys didn't remove all the mulch, instead just put the weed blocker sandwiched between layers of mulch and made it all pretty for me to pay them the full amount. And he didn't put back my irrigation tubes in the right places the hoses stick up in random places where I don't have plants. Seemed like a really nice guy, and had five star reviews - this job is not worth $500 cash I paid him. THIS should teach me a lesson not to believe the Five stars on Yelp. A BIG LESSON LEARNED. Be aware. read more

He even came a day early than expected and immediately started the job, purchased items that were missing and helped with unexpected repairs that popped up. Francisco and his team cleaned up after each time and even mowed our front lawn that needed a trim without us asking. I wish I can him more than 5 stars. read more

Very satisfied and happy customer over here! He installed this beautiful Marathon sod in my backyard after I already remove the dead sod myself (it was a real workout) .He also installed a new spinkler timer, and changed some of the broken sprinkler heads. There was a leftover sod , so he decided to clear out my dead lawn in the front, and installed it there for no extra charge! He is punctual with time, responsive, and treated me and my home with respect. Will definitely hire again for my future projects and will highly recommend. read more

I called Francisco and he was able to come to the property within a day to check out the work, provided me with his professional opinion and suggest options. Francisco and his landscaping team did an amazing job cleaning up and redoing the backyard! Francisco is responsive and easy to work with. When he came to look at the property, I wasn't really exactly sure what would look best due to the layout of the property and unevenness of the land. Francisco provided some additional suggestions after reviewing the place and did a fantastic job cleaning it up -- I'm glad I took his advice! I needed to get new sod in my backyard after a major home renovation. I did my due diligence and got 4 estimates and hands down felt most comfortable with Francisco. Francisco promptly replied on the Yelp app and scheduled a time to come check out my project. He showed up on time and once I told him what I wanted he gave me a quote on the spot. His quote was the best and by the other reviews on Yelp I knew I would like his work. He was very thorough and checked all the sprinklers and even noticed that I had a leaking pipe. He offered to fix it and he even upgraded my sprinkler system to ensure my grass would be well taken care of. He was able to get all of this work done in less than 3 days! Before he left he made sure to give us detailed watering instructions. He always showed up on time and took such good care of my property. I would highly recommend Francisco and his work speaks for itself! Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful backyard again. I'll make sure to update my review once the sod has been in place for a few months. read more
