He made it so easy to plan this event for large group of 18. We had constant communication leading up to the event and on the day off everything was executed exactly as planned. Adam is kind, patient, and honestly his guided succulent workshop was therapeutic as well as fun! He was happy to take questions and just generally meshed really well with our diverse group. Everyone felt at ease and comfortable with him. He gave us plenty of ideas and inspiration for our arrangements. All the supplies he provided were amazing and there was so much variety to choose from. Would highly recommend him for your next team building event. The entire group was happy with everything!

Scheduling and coordinating the event was a breeze -- Adam is incredibly responsive over email and easy to work with. The tea kits arrived packaged BEAUTIFULLY and securely, and were clearly of high quality. I was further impressed with the how Adam lead the tea tasting event over video call -- he was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable! He personalized everyone's individual tea tasting according to what teas they had selected, which greatly impressed us. He walked us through the history and background of the teas we were sampling, and at the end of the session he gave lots of practical advice on how to continue storing our teas for future use. I would absolutely recommend Adam's workshops to anyone looking to plan a (virtual) event -- the combination of how amazing, high-quality, and thoughtful the workshop experience is, along with Adam being wonderful to work with to coordinate the event setup -- makes me give a solid 5 star rating.

I can vouch for how fantastic Glen Park is an unique place where I enjoy going here since it's nearby to where I live and has lots of places to enjoy a bit of everything from a place eat and drink. For decades I always enjoyed hanging around Glen Park because it has a good vibe and a model of an ideal residential neighborhood in San Francisco. I am in this neighborhood all the time. It is also a good place to enjoy a place to hike in the Glen Canyon Park. There is a place in the Glen Park neighborhood where they sell lots of fun stuff from books to celebratory cards along with art and it's also a gift shop. On a November autumn stroll through Chenery street in San Francisco Glen Park neighborhood I enjoy going to Perch because it has lots of interesting items available along with some art on the walls. It feels as you stepped inside a small art gallery which sells jewelry, stationaries, special occasion cards, kitchen items, and some good books about drinks and food. When visiting the Glen Park neighborhood in San Francisco plan a visit and stop at Perch on Chenery street. Go to Glen Park if you are in "search" for novelties and interesting "merch " and it's available inside a store called "Perch" if you haven't gone to Glen Park better do some online " research" Come to one of the best neighborhoods ranked #35 in the world by Time Out ( timeout.com) as it was " written" and enjoy a stroll all four seasons with the neighborhood charm you will be "smitten" go to the Perch which is located on Chenery street and the cross street is called Diamond and it's a gem that is " hidden"

I have been a loyal customer at Perch for more than five years. As a Glen Park resident, it's a…read moregreat place to stop for gifts or to treat yourself. Unfortunately, I will never go back after an interaction that I had with the woman who works there today. She has never been particularly polite (she's snapped at both me and my husband), but we were willing to overlook that to support a local business. That changed today. I approached the store with my newborn in her stroller. The woman had her large, nine month old puppy tied to the front door of the store. Since the dog could easily jump on my stroller (it was quite large), I asked if it was baby friendly. I said, "I have a newborn in here, is your dog safe with babies?" And she snapped rudely, "I don't know. That's your responsibility." Mind you, we were literally on our first walk out of the house and had prioritized going to perch to get a little gift for our baby girl. This interaction was so totally unnecessary. Not only should a giant puppy not be tied to the front door, but to snap at parents trying to keep their kid safe is totally inappropriate. Move your dog! Be kind! Ugh I am so done. I will never be back. PS, I should clarify that I love dogs and I am a large dog owner myself. It is our responsibility as dog owners to 1) know how our dogs behave with kids and other dogs and 2) depending on that behavior, take precautions. This woman chose to do neither and was rude to us when we asked her to.

The business is enormous, housed in a huge warehouse on Bayshore. I only wish it were double it's size, and that my home were double the square footage so I could buy more! Grand Central Station Antiques hits the sweet spot with quality and price. I can say without a doubt that you will not find a larger selection anywhere in the Bay Area at these prices. Robert, who's been running the business for decades, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful in locating the perfect item for one's home. I have included pictures of some of my favorite and unusual finds. My friends all joke that I now present as a rich heiress, but the truth is, is that I spent comparatively little in furnishing my apartment with items I found at Grand Central Station Antiques. Purchasing antiques provides quality you just can't find in newly manufactured furniture, and honestly, one won't pay more (or much more) than their modern equivalencies. Antiques have soul, history, and create rich warmth and beauty for your home - priceless! Note that Grand Central Station Antiques will also provide careful, professional delivery for a very reasonable extra charge.

The prices are always fair and the selection is like no other in the Bay Area. I have a particular interest in bookcases and shelves to house a growing book collection. At GCSA I've discovered a number of wonderful European 19th and 20th century classic items to display our collections, as well as beautiful oriental rugs, art pieces and practical household items. You won't be disappointed with the wide selection and the outstanding care which Robert and his team apply to their merchandise. I can also attest to the prompt delivery and exceptional attention given by the delivery team to delicate and heavy items. One extremely large (over 9 ft wide and nearly 12 ft high) walnut Victorian bookcase with glass doors had to be installed as a single piece. It was expertly handled and placed. You won't be disappointed. I've attached a few images of pieces found at GCSA that I treasure.
