I give 1 star because no-star option isn't a choice. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences with this facility.
On Dec 2, 2021, I went in with a sinus infection. I get them regularly so it's not a mystery what I had. Thru the time waiting, approximately 10-15 people were seen in the 4.5 hours I was waiting. Those of us in the waiting room couldn't help but joke about how incredibly long we were all waiting. Had to wait 4.5 hours to get back to the room & then another 1 hour for the NP to get to me.
The NP had her assistant come in to start taking a COVID test (waited 30 minutes) before the NP would even see me. I told her I am not doing anything until I actually get to see the NP. Another 25 min later, the NP (Jessica) came in to diagnose me. I had to argue my way out of a COVID test that was going to cost me $200. I've had COVID - this was NOT COVID. Plus, why would I pay $200 for a test that's free at multiple places in town?
Then, she's trying to have me take a pregnancy test in order to get antibiotics after she does diagnosis it was a sinus infection. Literally no way in the world I was pregnant. After I asked her about likelihood of the toilet seat getting me pregnant, she finally backed off & prescribed the antibiotics. I felt back to normal in 48 hours.
Finally got the bill & they charged me double what I confirmed the cost would be when I was there. Customer service can't do anything. This is the 3rd time this year I've been to this facility & they have messed up the billing for my visit.
Just be ready to argue your case with the NP & then dispute your bill (with no success), then just pay it to keep from going to collections.
I'm not a negative person, but definitely do get upset waiting 5.5 hours for antibiotics then arguing out of another ~$300 of tests that weren't necessary & having a bill double what it normally is. read more
