They take their task seriously and they deep clean. I have a larger home with multiple levels. The team showed up in their commercial vans ready to tackle our messy home. They vacuumed and dusted every corner and the hard wood and counters shined. They got behind appliances on counters and my bathrooms looked and smelled brand new. The windows were even sparkling. They were very efficient, professional cleaners that are proud of their business and good at what they do. I have had other cleaners before, and worry about many things (breaking items, trusting people in my house, and will they do a great job). The family members of Henry's Cleaning blew away all my concerns as they went over the top. They are very conscientious and treat you and your home like part of their family. I can't wait for them to due their next cleaning in 2 weeks!

On the one hand, the cleaners made my microwave super shiny, the refrigerator door very clean and…read morethe counter was spotless. But that's not what I asked them to do. I asked them to clean the tops of the cabinets, the walls, windows, top of refrigerator. All points where cooking grease had built up. When I checked after they left, the tops of the cabs and fridge had black grease in all corners and the surfaces were left very greasy. Additionally, they vigorously scrubbed my chrome-paint soap dispenser and scrubbed the paint off. I took photos of everything, including the streaks my fingers left in the greasy surface and sent to the cleaner. No one got back to me. $100 for me to have to wash everything myself and now have to replace the soap dispenser on my own time and dime. Won't make that mistake twice.

The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! I came home from the hospital to visit my mom and saw the condo in spectacular shape. WOW. The gals that cleaned were so nice and honestly, I don't know how they did it. Adriana's said they could do it on Friday. so I took them up on their offer, which was extremely reasonable. As things turned out, they did an excellent job. Two cleaners arrived at noon on Friday and worked straight through, without a pause, until 3. The next time my condo needs a good, thorough cleaning, Adriana's is the first place I'll call.
