During my first few encounters at this store the girls were callous, cold and too good to talk; imagine my surprise when on my last visit I was given sterling customer service by a girl and a sassy red head. Even though there was around four other people inside the store, they came up to me with a friendly greeting and an honest desire to help. You don't get that very often in Francesca's, most of the time the girls are chit-chatting with each other or texting. This girl, though, not only had quirky style and funny anecdotes that really made shopping enjoyable, she helped me locate exactly what I needed in record time! She asked all the right questions and even though going into the place I had no idea what I wanted, she quickly helped me find out! The duo helped me navigate all the fashion faux-pas of the season and were actually honest about what did and didn't look good on me!!!
