I will give it to this place in the fact that it is massive and packed to the brim with goods, some of which have not been moved for at least 30 years. Like your standard flea markets, the space is made up of booths, well over 100 vendors have claimed a part of Phoenix, and some vendors are certainly more active than others. As mentioned, you can tell the booths that have the rotating inventory and then you can tell the ones that have not stepped foot or added anything new since 1987. As other reviewers mentioned, this place is a treasure trove for your diggers or treasure hunters, but for your standard antiquing visitor...this place is kind of a let down. Its basically a really big yard sale store. I am sure there are some nuggets of treasure strewn throughout, but majority of the items are clearly just random resale items. Outside of the variety of merchandise, the building itself is in a huge state of disrepair and is need of some love. Overall, popped in one time and I think that one time will be enough for us.

The space is kitschy, with handmade jewelry and crystals in the display cases along with vintage clothing towards the back and clouds of incense throughout. Pricing is reasonable, with discounted and sale sections in both the jewelry and clothing areas. Terri, the owner, is quite a character. She was friendly and helpful with my mom and went out of her way to get us extra change for the meter so we could explore the area a bit longer.

I'm not sure, I only bought the children's books). I stocked up on 25 books for my son and all of them were in great shape! I was pleased with my purchase. In the fall of 2018 I decided to ask for the balance of my clothes back, due to them being so slow paying. I called but the owner Cathy would not return calls. Finally she answered and said she would pack up the items not sold so a friend could come pickup whats left and she would mail me a check. I never heard back. I keep calling and finally an employee answered the and said she would take care of it. After more calls I got a check for $45. The employee said there was only 2 items left. In over a year time only got 2 small checks. What happened to the big box of clothing?
