    The woman who runs this shop was very helpful. The floral arrangements are beautiful and reasonably priced. I will return!

    So it was 2/13 in the morning. I wanted to send that special someone some flowers and chocolates. I…read moreordered online and got a call to make sure they have the recipient's number, which is nice. So the day comes and I wanted to make sure that the order has been delivered, so I decided to call them. Here's how the dialogue goes. Cathy (or Kathy): Good afternoon, this Kathy of Owen's flowers? Me: Hi Kathy, my name is Oscar and I wanted to check the status of my order. Cathy: Everything is out in the trucks already and I have no info until they tell me it's delivered. Me: Oh.. ok. Cathy: Ok *hangs up* It sounded like she was not having it, because it's the beginning weekend of Valentine's day. I mean I should've read the reviews before I made the order but this business popped up on google. Not that it matters, I needed a flower delivery business. So Kelly, I know you guys are working really hard but I felt like I was just like another customer calling. The least Cathy could do is say "Is there anything else I can help with?" Instead of hanging up on me. What if I had other questions but didn't get a chance to express it.. I'll change the rating maybe in the future, or never..we'll see.

    Shop is under new ownership. You have to spend 100$ minimum now to buy flowers. Which is…read moreridiculous. The flowers I got were about worth 20$ worth of flowers. Do not shop here anymore. The last owners here were great. Very unfortunate. Managers some "Russian chick" who can't even speak English, also told me she couldn't give me a refund when she literally gave me barely any flowers and gave me the wrong flowers. TERRIBLE FLOWERSHOP. She wouldn't even give me the owners number or tell me when she is in, how are you going to run a business and not even want to interact or help your customers. Never buying flowers here again.

    The worsts flower ordering experience I've ever encountered. So I just got off the phone with their…read morecustomer service....let's go back to 10 am this morning when I called to make sure the order I placed was definitely scheduled to be delivered today and to make sure they would leave it at the door if no one answered. The lady added a note for that to be done if that was needed and adviced me I would get a email once deliver.. Now I called them back at 2:30 today when I still hadn't received a email...and was told since it's a residence it can't take up until 7 pm. And again advised I would get a email. And now last I call at 6:20 pm..and this lady tries to tell me I only called once and that was at 10am and that was my only call...I told her numerous times I called at 2:30 as well. So she says well it was attempted to be delivered at 12 and was undeliverable. With no explanation as of why...saying they can refund me but that all defeats the purpose. The girl at 2;30 should of told me that if that was the case..and then no explanation as of why is was undeliverable. This was my first attempt to use them instead of pro flowers...and this was a hugh mistake. The lady was very unsympathetic and tried to make me out the lie. As if I was making up the fact that I called at 2:30.
