Natick Mall has really changed since when I was a child. It still at heart is a mall, but now it…read morehas lots to offer. I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

Nice mall, very clean. Parking deck is configured so entrance into the mall is easy. Good variety…read moreof stores. Food court is nice and clean with plenty of good options. Maybe the cleanest mall I've ever visited.

This place has so much potential, but really isn't used correctly…read more Between the large vacancy in the former Building #19, the puddles and the really odd setup of the parking lot, and the lack of upkeep throughout the entire area makes this the least desirable shopping center throughout all of the large plazas and malls in Natick. Sure, most of the stores and restaurants throughout this center are good, but having a better selection of places to go would draw people in.... nothing is "special". Five Guys has a location in Framingham (five minutes away or less), as does Panera, UPS Store, Staples and Stop&Shop. Hopefully the proposal for an Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Chipotle, and a few other stores to go into an extension onto this plaza goes through. This plaza needs every inkling of upgrading it can get.... with the Golden Triangle (the largest shopping zone throughout New England) right down the road with the Natick Mall, Cloverleaf, Sherwood and the others, this place may only stay in business for so much longer. My biggest pet peeve and suggestion for others here is, be careful. The potholes and huge puddles near the Route 27 exit are ridiculous and feel like you're going through an earthquake. Plus, the parking lot isn't designed well, confusing, and has very odd entrances and exits. Definitely not the best shopping center in the area. I would say it's fine for a few quick things (and it is....) but if you're looking for GOOD places to go to, everything here is located in another spot within five minutes. 3 stars for the 9/27 Shopping Center in Natick.

I think that this place makes very good food and I love the cookies! Thanks so much Panera staff!read more

Well, the Golden Triangle is the largest shopping zone throughout Massachusetts, and one of the largest throughout New England and the nation. Want more info? Go to this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Triangle_(Massachusetts) The Golden Triangle consists of all retail lying in a triangle zone of land, Speen Street going north-south, from Rt. 9 to Rt. 30, and Worcester Street & Cochituate Rd going east to west. Some of the main centers throughout the area are the Natick Mall, Shoppers World, Sherwood Plaza, Cloverleaf Plaza, Framingham Mall, and lots of other shopping centers throughout the area. Basically, if there's ANYTHING in the world you might possibly need, there is AT LEAST one or two places that sell it throughout the Golden Triangle. Between the Natick Mall and Shopper's World, I can promise you will find tons of great shopping spots, and the shopping centers all around as well. The area is so desirable and easy to get to from Rt 128, Rt 9, I-495, Mass Pike and all nearby Routes (such as : Routes 30, 126 and 135). 5 stars, forever!
