Really a 3.5. Let me explain…read more We had two antique pieces recovered in leather. The leather is beautiful but the staples are visible all the way around the piping. We also had a custom couch made. Again, the design is beautiful but the quality of the work has a few bobbles to it. For example, it's obvious that they miscut a piece of fabric for one of the cushions so they just added an another piece. It's the only cushion with that extra piece added. Also, the inside seams weren't serged, so they are frayed. The couch looks good and has held up well, but the cutting of corners is noticeable to someone who sews. Items were delivered on time. Prices commensurate with the work done.

About a year ago I purchased a vanity and matching tower because it was a great price…read more Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances it didn't get installed for a few months. Once it was installed the top door of the tower was warped so I contacted the manager Tan and explained my situation. He went over and above to fix the problem. It took much longer than anticipated to finally get it replaced but it was through no fault of his, he was determined to have a satisfi customer. It was the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would definitely recommend bath depot London. Hayley Pickett

This place has a LOT of inventory, from Grandma Victoriana to Mid-century furniture and decor, random board games and children's toys. Prices also varied - we saw the same stool, both similar condition, being sold for $26 from one vendor and $90 from a different vendor! We also saw a lot of restored Mid-century furniture in great condition, I would have taken a dining set home if I had room to jam it in my apartment. I will definitely return next time I'm in London!

This store is substantially smaller than the one at Southdale and Wonderland. Checkout lines can be…read morevery long. They have a framing department but wait for the frequent 40% off sales. There are also coupons in the weekly flyer. Check smartcanucks.com for online coupons or coupons that can downloaded to devices. I rarely buy anything here at full price. Recently I was looking for fabric transfer paper. The regular price was almost three times the price at Staples (which is directly adjacent). Sometimes they have good deals on smaller items as you pass through the checkout area such as $1 for a tube of glow necklaces.

This is a higher-end consignment shop stuffed floor to ceiling with women's clothes, handbags,…read moreshoes and accessories. They have a restrictive consignment policy. If you want to take things in then call ahead to make an appointment because you'll need one. There is a regular section and a designer section. Some of the clothes still have tags on them (thank you to those women who buy items but decide not to wear them!). They carry all sizes so you're sure to find something. Reasonable prices, especially if the item is on sale. Loyalty card gets you a $25 certificate after five purchases over $50. Helpful staff didn't make me feel as though they suspected every customer was trying to shoplift, an attitude far too prevalent in retail today.

However they refuse to assume responsibility of your belongings if they get stolen (that's what the manager said). If you're a person of colour they will harass you, film you, threaten you and follow you around even if you're clearly just shopping. They said it's for their own safety. So they just admitted that because I'm a person of colour they think I'm dangerous, because they didn't ask any white women for their bags and they left them alone.
