Their frame samples have Velcro backing so that I could place them directly onto my work to preview how they'd look. Each was more stunning than the others, beautifully matted in a frame selected with care to align with the characteristics of the piece. I don't know how this guy stays in business! I purposely went to this store to support a local…read morebusiness and I truly have never ever been treated so poorly in my life. I was trying to pick out a frame and mat for a print that I am giving as an engagement gift. I explained I wanted to take my time making the right selection, as this is extra special. He pulled a mat out and a frame and said "this is it!" I personally did not love that option, and I asked if I could look around myself and decide. He then told me to take a picture and come back. He doesn't have time to waste with me. I was so confused, I hadn't been in the shop for more than 5 minutes. This guy clearly does not know the meaning of costumer service, and acts like a child if you disagree with his rushed, cheesy ass decisions. I will never shop here nor would I recommend this to anyone! He says he has been in business for 40 years.... I don't know how that is possible nor do I foresee this place being opened for another week based on my horrible experience!
