My wife and I have patronized Frames on Main / Legends Gallery for the past 25+ years. First with…read moreRandy and now with Greg, both have provided us with expert advice and high-quality work framing a wide variety and different sizes of our artwork. It is a pleasure dealing with a local retail establishment, owned, and operated by honest, nice people who are also true craftsmen and want to meet, if not exceed their customers' expectations. I really do appreciate Greg's expertise and experience when it comes to considering and recommending various framing options. Specifically, his trained eye for coordinating the style, size, shape, and color of a frame, as well as the glass/plexiglass options, for any type of artwork that we have presented to him. As an Architect, I am very particular and appreciate his high attention to detail. A distinguishing factor is Greg's low-key and sensitive approach to analyzing, considering, and then suggesting various possible approaches to framing your artwork based on your stated objectives and his knowledge of what may work out best. I believe that Frames on Main's total costs for framing work are reasonable and in line with regional competitors. In addition, for those who are interested in framed and presentation quality sports memorabilia, his Legends Gallery, located in the same storefront, has an extensive and fascinating collection for sale of current and historical signed sports photographs, artwork depicting players and memorable events in all sports. They also have some interesting sports equipment on display and for sale, including signed NFL football helmets. If you have a specific item in mind that he may not have in stock, he most likely will be able to get it for you. All in all, I believe that Frames on Main / Legends Gallery is a real asset to Chatham and the surrounding community. Stop in and see for yourselves.

First off..let me say I'd give this venue 0 stars if I could but I am forced to give it a star to…read moreleave a review.I attended Wentworth Art Galleries event at Short Hills Mall in New Jersey with my cousin in December 2025.I had spent $3,000 on my painting and my cousin bought 2 totalling over $6,000.We spent $9,000 total which gave us an opportunity for a meet & greet. We were told by Maryanne ,the Art Gallery director that with the meet & greet there would be multiple photos taken of us by their own photographer Carol. We were told she would be taking photos continuously as we are up there talking with the artist as he signed our items. We also were told we would be allowed to have items signed by the artist as well.Everyone of us did get multiple items signed by the artist, that was no issue at all...That did happen. The problem was that in the mean time as the artist is signing items & talking to each customer their photographer Carol is supposed to be taking photos at the same time. Some customers I talked to got 10 photos taken, some 6 or 7 ...my cousin got 5 photos. When I received my photos by E-mail after the event, I ended up with ONE photo. They sent me 3 photos and tried to be tricky with it by blowing the one photo up bigger that she took and then cropping the same photo in another, trying to make it look like 3 photos when in actuality it was the same ONE photo.I had it verified by a pro photographer that it was indeed ONE photo, NOT 3 like they tried to make it out to be when i contacted them.I did not receive what was promised and so I contacted Maryanne first about it & all she did was send me an email apologizing about it & showing me an apology note from Carol as well with an excuse made that since I was at the table getting my items signed she could not get an angle on me & the artist and it was difficult to take the pictures.I was up there for 10 minutes & she came up with ONE photo? My cousin received 5 photos & I was up there longer than him.For others to have received 10 photos & for me to get one photo back is insane. What was this woman doing the whole time?? I trusted what I was told and I got screwed, bottom line.If she couldnt get a decent shot why didnt she move like shes supposed to instead of just standing there doing nothing???When I got the email back from Maryanne she wrote the following..."Carol volunteers her photography services to us so what she does, she is not compensated for and she is not an employee. I greatly appreciate her assistance. There is no more I can do as I can not create additional photos that don't exist. Again, I apologize that you are disappointed but there's nothing further I can do".Her excuse was that I should be grateful for anything I did receive. She also told me this photographer Carol they have is not even an employee.Shes a volunteer, an elderly woman who didnt even try to move around to take the photos.I was up there for 10 minutes and she took ONE picture. There should be an actual hired photographer instead of some "volunteer"...This is a very expensive event where people are paying alot of money & to use a volunteer makes no sense. If I had remotely thought anything like this was going to happen I would have had my own photographer there or even had my cousin take the photos since he was right there, but they had said this woman was going to continuously take photos so I trusted that.Other than the actual painting, the photos with the artist is the most important part of the event &experience.Since Maryanne didnt offer to fix this I had to contact Christian ,the CEO and owner of Wentworth Gallery. From the beginning of the phone call, he was extremely condescending & rude to me over the phone when I explained the issue. He treated me like some peasant & not a customer. He told me i didnt know what I was talking about & that he would not offer any solution while he insulted me over the phone.I had planned on being a steady customer and I had already spent over $10,000 just myself on paintings from his gallery. Not only that, I had brought him my cousin as a customer & he had spent over $6,000.So we had spent over $16,000 total between me & him. This is even after I had spent over $7,000 last year alone at his gallery.I had planned on being a steady customer for years at different events and had even stated that to Maryanne before this incident ocurred.I even told her I planned on buying a $20,000 item next time. There is no possible way I will ever deal with them again after this and how I was treated and lied to.They lost what was going to be a steady customer for years to come & I was also influencing my cousin to continue buying as well.Dont waste your hard earned money with them.Dont believe all the fake smiles & promises they will tell you there beforehand because if you have a problem after they will do nothing to help you.Dont end up wasting your money like I did.It will backfire on you.Avoid this Art Gallery at all costs !!!
