Clothes selection is mediocre, not a lot of items and no great finds. If you are willing to come in regularly you can find some gorgeous pieces of large classic "brown" tables, bureaus chairs and mirrors and occasionally a contemporary piece suitable for refinishing. Beautiful pieces come and go quickly. For example a tall corner bookcase in a birch finish with rounded walnut shelves and a lower cupboard was priced at $85 and did not last the day. Staff is kinda hostile and def not helpful or welcoming. They do not offer delivery or have recommendations for people whom you can hire, which adds significant cost to buying larger pieces and too much hassle for me.

This is the third Wednesday in a row and now I can't shop there and get the deals . But Thursday and Tuesday they have internet back up for debit cards. This does not seem ethical to only honor a sale if customers have cash payment and they are hiding behind the fake internet down. If you don't want our money on Wednesday no worries I'll spend it somewhere else permanently.

What service? I…read morewalked in and no one was there. And I looked through the racks for over 20 minutes! For a $$$ consignment store, the clothes weren't really organized by size. There were sections for S,M,L,XL & plus size, but the majority of the labels were faded or not on the clothes; this is normal. But the sizes weren't written on the price tags anywhere. I understand if the store is busy and there are sizes mixed in a good amount. I understand if Ms are mixed in with Ls because that's the way they fit, because that benefits the customer. I'm a true medium and there was nothing I could wear that I would even consider trying on. It's May, and the majority of the inventory is for winter. Who wears a nice pair of leather pants when it's 70+ degrees out except a rock star? I don't know anyone who would wear a gorgeous heavy sheepskin coat now. Maybe if they were in a posh frozen vodka and caviar bar in NYC? Yes, they have bathing suits. But I don't shop for resale bathing suits or underwear. If you're petite don't even think about walking through the door. A good majority of the nicest clothes are long gowns. I was so miffed that I'm in my car writing this review now. Fortunately it's Sunday, so I didn't have to feed the meter. Btw, parking tickets in Northampton are expensive. In conclusion, I'd rather drop a month's salary at a full price boutique with a nice sales person who helps me find something that fits and flatters me. The only plus side is they have a lot of plus size clothing.

Went in a week ago not looking for anything specific. My eyes fell on a kitchen "cart" and I knew I…read morehad to have it. An item like this would be nearly double the price elsewhere (I had been hunting for one for years). Discussion about delivery vs. hauling out ourselves resulted in my not purchasing it on the spot. Was so thrilled to learn the cart was still available a week later so I went in to snap it up. Delivery still not certain, so my daughter drove over and loaded it into her SUV. I am so pleased with it. Items that were being stashed inconveniently are now in easy reach. And I like the look. Great store. Reasonable prices for fun yet useful items from furniture to clothing to toys. This will always be my go-to when I decide I need/want something. Vintage Pyrex next!
