The staff is always friendly and helpul. I like the member discounts too. I'd go with five stars for Plaza but for two li'l reasons I'll stick with 4: - they don't stock Staedler graphite pencils, and I just can't do General graphites. - some of the colors of Holbein gouache paint have been out of stock for a while. In all fairness, this might be because these Holbeins aren't currently available from Plaza's distributor. But I keep coming back!

I especially loved all the unique craft kits that allow children to make everything from mini food to erasers to galaxies. As a stationary lover, I was impressed with their Japanese notebook and pen selection, as well as cute kawaii accessories like a leather cat pencil case which is now my daughter's most treasured possession.
