Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

Halfway through the cleaning, I get a call from the tenant telling me the cleaning service is using bleach to clean and it ruined my kitchen floor. I now have to re-tile the entire kitchen. In addition, he used a pressure cleaner of some sort inside to clean the family room and ended up spraying grout and debris on the walls, the couch, and the tv. My mom was at the house at the time and I had to tell her to have him stop cleaning the inside as his reckless process was creating more and more damage. We asked him if he could do the outside with a pressure washer - mistake #2. He blasted mud all over the outdoor shed with no concern whatsoever. He barely spoke English so when I tried to speak with him over the phone, I could not understand him and he was getting agitated. He then proceeded to aggressively fleece my 80-year-old mom out of $455. The company refuses to respond to my inquiries. BEST ADVICE: find another company. Any other company.

I contacted them to ask for a schedule and was told they would check and get back to me, but they never did. I followed up again and still received no response.
