(I got about 10 quotes that were mostly right around $200.) I was needing a cleaning quickly, and they were able to schedule me for first thing in the morning the following Monday. Their communication was great, and they showed up right on time! 2 people came to clean. My house. They cleaned the entire house (minus 2 bedrooms I asked them to skip) in only a few hours. They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. After I complained, the company admitted that I should not have been charged due to their mistake with failing to cancel my recurring service after I specifically requested cancellation. However, because I did not remove my honest reviews immediately, they went ahead and charged my card a SECOND time anyway. At this point, this goes beyond bad customer service. This feels completely dishonest and retaliatory. No customer should have to deal with poor cleaning, unauthorized charges, and then additional charges after the company already acknowledged fault. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT give this company your card information and do not hire them under any circumstances. There are far better and more trustworthy cleaning companies out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of their work.
