I did not feel rushed or overwhelmed by her advice, and I had so many really pleasant moments of surprise and affirmation, I can hardly begin to describe. In person, Roxanne is pragmatic, warm, open, funny, wise, and very focused. She herself presents a natural style that suits her beauty, and she really encouraged me to see the beauty in myself *even before* we started the work. That's what sets her apart, I think: she values you as you are, is not there to shame or discourage you, but insteads shows you what you are already doing right with your style, plus tips and tricks for pulling looks together and going from good to great. She is incredibly well-organized and presents system and approach that are simple yet profoundly useful. I could go on and on, but in short: call her!

Going through more than a…read more35-year accumulation of belongings and cherished keepsakes, she was able to help me with hard decisions of what to keep, donate or sell with compassion, respect, grace and understanding. In 6 days, she managed to pack up most of my home and fill a 16' pod with items for an estate sale. My closet was a wreck, overloaded with entirely too many clothes and shoes. After she took everything out, she sorted my clothes by size, style and color, then asked me to determine what I truly wore or would wear soon and then put those items back, arranged beautifully. We repeated the process with my shoes, handbags and accessories. The transformation of my closet is amazing. She also rearranged my panty to help with staging my home for sale. Again, quite a transformation! My home is now ready for sale. Picture perfect! There is absolutly NO WAY I could have done this without Audra's help and compassion. I will be forever thankful that I called Elevated Order. I trusted Audra with my everything and she took care of it all! I cannot wait to move so that she can come back and organize my new place!

A sizeable chunk was missing, but stuffed with paper when picked up on July 30. We had not been advised of the mishap. Received a letter saying they were sending a check for $60. it was never received for return of the pickup fee. And suddenly Beaux Arts did find the missing piece from the frame. Not a business you can trust. Beware.
