She was super friendly, personable and would give you a free pack of cigars when you would buy 4. They need to bring back "buy 4, get one free". Also, I've been using my number for the reward points and I have no idea how the reward system works. Aside from that, great location, good selection and the workers are cool. P.S. Royal honey packs being $9.99 a pack is highway robbery. They're $1.99 at Sirius Vapor down the street. Nobody likes going into an establishment and knows they're being overcharged for something.

Unfortunately today's buy on my protein would've been $5 cheaper if I had ordered online through TVS website, it didn't ring up the same price as their website. Just watch the price when it rings up and check on their website while im the store to make sure you're not missing any deals. Customer service was good. Terrible and extremely disappointing customer service. I purchased a protein shake from this…read morelocation yesterday, and when I opened it, there were large chunks in the drink that nearly made me throw up. Naturally, I threw it away. When I returned to the store today, I explained what happened and even showed the employees pictures of the chunks that came out of the shake. Their response was simply, "You should have brought it back. There's nothing we can do." I asked again if there was truly nothing they could do, considering I had photographic evidence of the issue, and they repeated that I should have brought the product back. What bothered me most wasn't even the fact that they couldn't provide a refund or replacement, it was how dismissive they were about the entire situation. After I commented on the poor customer service, they proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of the time I was in the store. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ultimately just left. I understand that stores have return policies, but there is a way to communicate those policies while still treating a customer with basic courtesy and concern, especially when they're reporting a potentially spoiled product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Completely disappointing.
