My partner and I are about to move and we were actually a little worried about having to find a new vape store because we are so dedicated to Je Vape (or more specifically, dedicated to the owner - Mo, which I hope I'm spelling right). We actually breathed a sigh of relief when we figured out how to stay in town and thusly we could keep going here. Their juice (with the je vape branding on the back wall) will screw up your coils, assumedly because it's loaded with natural sugars?, so I would not recommend them. Not a big deal to me personally. I also am a huge fan of the international foods/drink selection. I think it's a really nice touch especially because no one else offers this stuff, haven't even seen some of their products at 99 ranch or h mart.

I feel very secure going in there which is saying a lot for a vape store, the other people that shop there are also very respectful of the social distancing in my opinion. Good prices. Good selection. He also takes down liquids that get bought out by big tobacco (BOO) which is awesome. Support local business and go to this great shop. Took the box and receipt in and I was told I would have to get the malfunction on video before it would be replaced. I sent the owner an email (which I was told was the best way to get ahold of him) on 8/21/18 and he has not responded, I call and he's not there. I'm not asking for my money back, I don't want a different model, I just want the same exact unit that I purchased....in working order. First rule in customer service....listen to your customers....they are the reason you have a business. Very poor PR.
