I've been visiting Easy's for well over a decade. I've always had a decent experience, taking into consideration what type of establishment it is. The staff has always been helpful but I must remark on how poor my service was during my last visit. Normally when I walk in, I'm greeted by someone immediately and I'm asked if there's anything I need help with or would like to look at. Not this time. I was greeted rather coldly and the staff member didn't bother to get off of the stool behind the register, or his phone. I browsed for a second and then asked a question about where CBD gummies were located and the response was still pretty cold; "they're right in front of you in that case". He still didn't bother to leave his stool or phone. I asked another question and when he realized he couldn't continue to sit on his butt, he made a noticeable sigh and reluctantly left his stool to offer me more assistance. I asked a few more questions about which items sell the best and for some personal recommendations and it was as if he couldn't have been more inconvenienced. My business was apparently too bothersome for him so I paid for my items and left. I've never had an experience like this at Easy's. Every previous experience has been excellent and the staff has always been helpful and hospitable. This man had absolutely terrible customer service and if I visit again and he's behind the counter, I will leave. read more

They have a good selection but the staff sucks. Both of them were texting and talking on their phones. Didn't barley make eye contact with me and were talking about getting high with their friends. I had to take my items off the counter because they guy got a phone call in the middle of the transaction and forgot I was there. I wouldn't go here unless you don't want to feel welcomed. This place is extremely unprofessional. The customer service is terrible. The cussing and the cleanliness of the store is unacceptable. All the glass pieces in this store are extremely marked up and break so easily. There is a bulldog lose in the store every time I go in. I won't be back. The dog bites, humps, covers you in drool, and cuts you with his nails while he tries to hump you. The owner does nothing to stop it but scream violent threats at the dog. read more

The bad reviews are justified. Bought a broken item and they refused to give me a refund. Employees were rude and talked down to me on multiple occasions, and they tremendously overcharge on all basic items. They also have the worst stock I've ever seen in a smoke shop and I used to live in Abilene haha. Absolutely do not waste your time here and don't be surprised at all if what you buy is somehow defective because "all man made products can have defects" according to their employees, is it possible to give a location 0 stars? UPDATE, 3 days later: Contacted the company who makes the defected product and they were more than willing to send me a functional replacement w an additional free replacement. I also forgot to mention on the day I purchased the item, it's defected function may have caused damage to my wall. When I brought this up however, all the employee on the phone gave me was reassurance that it was very probable it would damage my wall with no remorse for selling me the defective product or the damage that has now clearly begun appearing on my wall. Went in to buy a simple $8 item and after only a second upon opening it, has already cost me hundreds of dollars for paint and other necessary repairs. I came into this location for a grinder. The grinders he showed me apparently were ALL tagged with the wrong price. I asked if I could have it at the price listed in the sticker. They told me no and searched thru the stack of grinders until they found one that was marked with the right price. Not customer service if you ask me. Both guys didn't seem to want help and even tried to play rock, paper, scissors; loser had to help us. Not a great way to run a business. There was nothing professional about the workers service. Bought a vape battery and couple of weeks later, when it melted due to the button being pressed in my purse accidentally, went back to get another. I knew it was my fault it messed up so hadn't brought mine in the store as i wasn't trying to exchange or anything and they told me they didn't carry those. Went back to get mine out of the car to show them in case I wasn't describing it well enough and she said they didn't carry them still went over to where I knew they were before and showed her where the guy had gotten it the first time and lo and behold she found their floor demo but it wasn't for sale and she didn't have others but they did have a shipment they'd received if I wanted to come back another day when they'd have time to put out their stock. There was more than one person in the store so I feel like somebody could have at least checked the box to see if there was one there, if they really wanted to sell it. I ordered one online for $20 cheaper so they lost a sale and probably any future business of mine. If you're not interested in selling your products, why even open the doors? Disappointing as I tend to prefer supporting local businesses. read more

I went in today to purchase a bag, and I asked one of the employees Ross if I could see the bag and he then asked me VERY rudely if I was even going to buy it!? Then he was extremely sarcastic and rude just talking to me, he didn't offer any help whatsoever. read more
