This was about the third time I've ever been to Good Karma. (Three times in about seven years. Guess that's not a good ratio. Ha ha!) Surprisingly, I thought their inventory was a hell of a lot better than the previous visit. The tobacconist on duty recommended the Buenaventura (6x60), which I have smoked before. Ended up grabbing four of them. (They were $6.75, which was as close to a budget smoke as I could find in here.) The smoke was absolutely fabulous and better than what I remember. The cigar burned even and had a great taste, which indicates a great humidor. The tobacconist on duty was also great at waiting on multiple customers at the same time without neglecting anyone. I'll definitely come back.

Just bought a Lost Mary vape, went outside opened the box and noticed oil all in the package. Went back inside and they wouldn't even exchange it! The rubber end caps were still on it! They must be aware of this problem and just don't care. Due to the sign on the door, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Plus my review earlier had been taken down and removed. I've spent way too much money here to be declined for an exchange. There's too many other vape stores in town with better customer service. Don't waist your or your parents money here.

Tatum especially was very kind as I don't shop here but maybe a few times a year. He even remembered my name. How cool is that? Their cigar selection rivals or exceeds most other cigar shops in the area. They may not have the size you want, but I guarantee they'll at least have a facing or two of your favorite smoke. Even let me see the private lounge which helped make the decision to get on the wait list. Met Jr. who was also very respectful and helpful. Was impressed with the cigars they stocked. Even a very rare cigar i never imagined being there was out in open. Stocked up like kid in candy store. Had a great spicy smoke and a coffee while listening to nice tunes. Saw a poker table and private parking lot for members. Saw a table accepting diaper donations for member who is going to be a new dad. Anyone who brought diapers was in for a drawing of prime sticks. That is an awesome thing and speaks volumes of its the club and its members. On my way out they hooked me up with a free wooden flathead box that was perfect fit for my Father's Day gift on Sunday. Hope to see you again very soon. -Clint E.
