I thought she was the store manager she is always so professional, friendly, and has a confident ease about her the makes a customer feel comfortable. She is like a personal shopper - even when the crowds are thick, she manages to meet everyone's needs. I'll never go anywhere else. I must also mention Quinn who was instrumental in getting my daughter and I outfitted on the PINK side for the new school year. $250 well spent. Smart young lady with great customer service skills.

What puts the store over the top, though, is the sales staff. I've NEVER gone in the store and not had A1 sales service . . . period. The guys and girls are sensitive to what I'm looking for, quick to respond to my tastes, and they don't take things "offensively". Some stores get offended with "I really don't like that", but these guys, they smile, they take whatever I don't like away, and are back with something closer to my tastes QUICKLY! They don't try to push a style or a brand. They push ME to get what I WANT. They put their efforts into finding what I WANT instead of trying to convince me something I don't want is what I need. I really like that. I shop there for my wife, my son, and me. I will admit that some of the clothing there is overly "trendy" for someone past the age of 40 BUT, given a little input, the sales people there will find something appropriate (but still pretty "hip") for about anyone. If you DON'T try this Buckle store, you're doing yourself a disservice.

Always friendly always helpful and if you need to know about a particular line them may I suggest that you go READ UP AND DO YOUR RESEARCH as it's not always worth it for the store to break open and make you a sample on a product line that costs them as well as you a small fortune . We're in a pandemic recovering store shutdown so have some manners gala and don't ask em to break into a bottle of goo for you! Profits are tough these days! I will say this regarding samples.. this store is the BEST at providing samples (most of my purchases are from samples) but Blue Mercury gives you the most darling little bags stuffed with terrific samples!! That's all folks!

When I approached the counter, the cashier appeared annoyed and asked for my phone number without explanation. When she pulled up the account, she rudely asked why there were two names listed. I explained that both names belong to my household (mine and my husband's), at which point she became visibly flustered and dismissive. She then called over another cashier to take over the transaction. While the second cashier attempted to help, the process took an unreasonably long time. I ultimately had to hand over the physical receipt to finally resolve the issue and leave. I am very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism I experienced today. I hope this feedback helps improve the training of your front-end staff.

They also have a few duds, but that's not exactly the stores fault, more like the products themselves. The only thing I would warn anyone like me about, is be careful how much you spend. It adds up quick, and you'll be surprised by how much you can spend in this store!! Also, just so you're prepared, you have to pay per bag at this store. I always forget and then shove everything into my purse, but I wish I had known when I first started coming back to the Sally Beauty franchise. At another location I had gotten an online pick up order for my first time in years and the lady had been complaining that she had to put stuff in a bag and that I was SUPPOSED to pay for it, but that she wouldn't make me because I hadn't been charged a bag fee. I haven't had that problem at THIS location, but it's something to think about. Btw, the employees here are amazing! They are super helpful and knowledgeable about everything you could possibly need to know about the products and will help you figure out exactly what you need.

My fiancé and I ended up here two hours before an engagement photo shoot because when we arrived in Florida the night before our luggage was stolen right after we landed. The makeup appointment with another salon fell through, shopping for an outfit was last minute- and our plans seemed out of reach. Sephora was literally my last resort to avoid going completely barefaced to my own engagement picture shoot. We walked in and asked a woman (who didn't seem so friendly)to have a full face makeup application. I almost cried when she said no, but offered an eyes only makeup application. Alright, I could work with that. That is when Meagan approached me and saw my situation (dress in hand and little idea of what look I wanted). She had an amazing, funny personality and made me look and feel beautiful. In fact, she gave me the works giving me a full face, lipstick, lipgloss, eyebrow fill on the fly. She said "this is the quickest beat I've ever done in my life" :))) lmao. I hope she reads this and knows she made my pictures turn out so beautifully.
