You can order coffee, tea, pastries, and items like elote or in my case loaded Doritos. The loaded Doritos were a medley of flavors: peanuts, queso, cucumber, jicama and more all in one bag! They told me that they will escalate the issue. Because apparently the cards were never activated from the store. And to go back to the store to check on them. Unfortunately it's already the end of March 2023 and I don't have the receipt from the store anymore. I went back to the store. Asked for a manager. A lady witch was the manager at the time told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything about it. And even if I did the system will not reflect any info from last year. She had a bad attitude about it. And basically told me to call Nike corporate. Witch I did and they told me they were going to help me. And that the issue was going to be escalated. With Nike corporate told me that that will be the case. And to wait for a response I'm 3 to 5 days. I never got a response. Contacted them again about the issue. Told them what happen at the store. They keep me online for about 30 min and came back and told me if you don't have the receipts anymore we can't do anything about it. The men's polo shirts, in a myriad of colors and patterns, are three for $99 and the button down shirts are four for $199!!!! If you ever had to buy men's dress shirts, you know this is a steal! Now let's not forget about the ladies! They had the cutest Polo dresses for $50, summer maxi dresses in a great packable knit for $65 and blouses, summer sweaters, jewelry, shoes and more at 50% off. I stated that the method of payment used in the purchase was cash and showed that it was clearly stated on the receipt. The employee stated that the Company policy did not allow for cash returns. This is an absolute lie. I ended up having to use a debit card in order to issue a return. Now, I have to wait 5 business days in order to see the money in my account. You've been warned. Employees here are inexperienced and not trained correctly.

I was the only one in the store and the employee was on her phone the entire time. This was fine at first since I didn't need any assistance yet. I saw a sign that said they were having an additional sale on clearance items so I found a pair of cute sunglasses in the bin I was going to purchase. I waited a solid five minutes just for her to put her phone down and ring me up. She didn't honor the discount the sign referred to and gave me my sunglasses in a ZIPLOCK BAG. The whole situation seemed so strange as I left the store in utter confusion. Such weird customer service from such a fancy looking store but the sunglasses were cute.

Wait 5 minutes and another associate will ask you the same thing. This makes for a horrible shopping experience and a quite uncomfortable one at that! I just wish the store associates would majorly back off and let me shop. I will call them if I need help. There have been so many times that I have walked out of that store due to the suffocation from the overly customer service. Balance is key to good customer service.

The only drawback was that we had to carry our merchandise out ourselves without a store bag, unless we opted to pay an extra $10 for a plastic bag! Very disappointing because we had to carry the dolls and two bulky hoodies. We had no choice but to lug everything back to the trunk of our car. It would be good of them to notify customers upon entering, but, of course, that would be a major setback for them.
