He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well. After finishing, he asked for tips. I gave him cash money and then asked for receipt, he said he does not have any and he will send it tomorrow. I called him about 5 times for the receipt, he said, I will send it now but no receipts. Since yesterday, he started ignoring my calls, and no receipts. Seems like a fraud company trying to save taxes. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company for the sloppy, unprofessional work. Always ask for the receipt, work order (what he will be doing like cleaning, deodorizing, steaming etc. before he starts and see if the person is really over-tired from his long day's work)
