Kurt came out and gave us a quote for three rooms (bedroom, living area and office) that was extremely fair. Living room was to be done in a very light grey. Others were to be done in a bright white. Dutch white was done upstairs. Two man crew showed up promptly the very next day and moved furniture and taped off and prepped and painted. Did an amazing job. Only problem was that Dutch white is lavender. After reading a bunch of reviews it's a flaw on the manufacturer behr. Called the owner and he sent the two guys back out and they painted it again in a bright white for no additional cost and did it right. Think "Here I Go Again". Loved the promptness and honesty and the cleanup. Was a great experience. Will use them again for bathroom renovation and upstairs painting.

So not only do they take your money, they'll harass you 10 months later for leaving your honest opinion!! I am literally shaken up over this and am wondering if I need to change my phone number. Original review 2017: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. Last year, I inquired into his services for broken skylights and damaged roof but went with another company because they had more and better reviews. DJ is a very good salesperson and called and texted me right when my rental property in Dallas experienced broken skylights due to hail this April. He said he would be happy to tarp the skylights and because it was raining, I said okay. However he did not once tell me before hand how much he would charge for this service, so imagine my shock and surprise when I get an invoice over Square for more than $700. I ultimately really lost it because I use Square for my own business and know how simple it is to include details of what services were provided. But he just couldn't (or wouldn't) send me an invoice that explicitly stated that the money was for tarping my roof. I don't trust this business, kind as DJ is over the phone. He just isn't forthcoming about what he charges.

While they did show up and tarp our roof (poorly at first but another team came out and did it right) they did not deliver on the actual roofing job. The first crew sent out to do our roof put a hole in our ceiling and in our garage on the first day from a careless worker. After a full day's work barely 1/4 of one side of our roof had been touched. After the second day not much more was done but they did leave us beer cans in our front yard. We finally called the supervisor out to look since he hadn't been around since the job started and he agreed this crew needed to be fired. The second crew that showed up was much more professional and got the job done however our roof was never measured to determine how many tiles were needed. After the second crew began working on our house we were told they needed more tiles which raised our quoted price. If you're looking for a good roofing company this isn't the one. Make sure the company has reliable workers and actually measures your roof before quoting a price. After the fact we found out the roofing crew was from Oklahoma and not licensed or bonded in any way. Worst roofing company EVER!! And awful customer service!!k

I had scheduled it months in advance and had closed for business for 2 days. My original painter cancelled on me the night before. In a total panic I came to thumbtack. Michael, the manager, reached out to me right away. Without even looking at the space that needed painting he agreed to honor the quote from my original painter. Two of his guys showed up early the next morning and I was very impressed with how meticulous they were in their setup and prep work for painting. The job ended up taking longer than expected because the walls required two coats of paint. The painters stayed late and finished at 8:30 pm. We did a walk through and everything looked great. The next morning when I went in to start putting everything back together I noticed there were multiple spots that needed touch ups. We didn't notice the night before because it was dark and my studio doesn't have the best lighting. The painters couldn't have known that spots were missed because it was so dark - I do not blame them at all! I called Michael who immediately pulled one of the painters off another job to come back and do the touch ups. He walked the rooms with me and touched up every spot I showed him. He was patient and kind with me! Everyone I worked with was kind, patient, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with their work. They were very understanding of my last minute need for painting! Highly highly highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
