I literally went to the mall for one thing and somehow came out with nicely done lash extensions. This was my first time here. The lovely lady who helped me did a good job. She offered something to drink, which was nice. I feel though she was handling a lot while working on my lashes. Example, she had to stop once to answer the business phone at the register. I appreciate her hard work but it wasn't a good time for me to wait bc I had other plans that day and was hoping it wouldn't take that much time. On top of that, I was told it would take about 1.5 hour to do full set glam but it took over 2 hours. Granted she answered a call and she had to add more lash since it wasn't full like their advertisement on 2 tier lash selection. Perhaps, I'd suggest, give an estimation of more time than expected. It's better to finish in less time and have the client leave happy and earlier than expected. I was hesitant about doing my lash here since the reviews were not so pleasant. According to Michelle, (one of the current lash technicians) they've renewed the staff and improved on their service since then. I also took advantage of a groupon deal. In fact, when I called for information I was asked "not to go through groupon, that if I snapped a picture of the "special" they would honor it and they did! I met with Dr. Gary, who was extremely nice, patient and explained everything to this newbie! I had to spots injected. One between the eyes and another around the top of my brow...I waited two weeks as was told and did not see much improvement, so as they offered a "touch up" which I took advantage of. Waited another 2 weeks and seriously can't really tell I got injections and spent money on this! Now, I am all for giving a business a 2nd chance to make up for the "issue" a customer has, but this is where they FAILED! I called at least a dozen times, told my story to a dozen receptionists, so called managers, so called new owners and was promised by EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM to have a phone called returned to me to try and solve this issue. As of Friday, December 15 - NOT ONE PERSON HAS RETURNED MY CALL!!! I finally talked to "another receptionist" who told me straight out that the place got sold recently, because it was going to fail and there is a new owner that will be in touch with me. Ok, still nothing! I wouldn't go back here if you paid me! Customer service is terrible and that is just as important as the service! read more

Worst place ever! I received Botox here December 12. The doctor who injected me did a horrible job. Due to his port practice half of my face is dropping. My eye is dropping and check. My right eye feels soooo heavy and I can't even see out of it. Worst place ever !! Plus the company refuses to do anything about this. I have called several times to have them refund me. This is by far the worst place ever to get lash extensions. I started going here last December. My first trip was amazing. The guy who did my lashes was professional and they stayed. I had been going to a very nice lash salon prior. But one I bought the package for a year of lashes, everything changed. I wasn't treated well. I was told I could make an appointment with whomever I wanted to there. Then it seemed as time went on the quality reduced significantly. No one seems to know what they're doing. My lashes would fall out within a few days. For months I said ok one more time after all, I bought that package, finally enough is enough. My last appointment I went in and was told it would be hours before he could do them. He booked my appointment prior to this visit. With him. Trust me, this is not a good lash salon. read more

I would give them less stars, but we know how that goes. I called after seeing their ad on Instagram, $79 for a set of classic lashes. Because of the time stamp on the screenshot I know I called 12/10. The lady who answered was knowledgeable and helpful. I attempted to make an appointment for the week before/of Xmas thinking they'd be busy, but she insisted both my friend and I could just walk in. Forward to Tuesday 12/22 around 11am, we walk in and the single tech, with a client on the table and one in the waiting room let's us know she can't help us that day. At all. Not later, not tomorrow, not until Thursday, when I'd already be out of town. Nothing more than a "sorry" and a shrug. We scrambled to find anyone in town to take care of our lashes before the holiday so family photos wouldn't be ruined by the lack of professionalism and follow-through of this much talked-about salon at the mall. read more

Went on Monday 12/27/21 to get microblading done and was charged $495. The next day, after my services, I saw on the website that the price for that service should have been $395. I called to see if they would honor that price (before the person knew I had the service the day before) and she said they would. After I told her that I had the service she agreed that it shouldn't matter and that it should be honored. I have tried 4x to call and left messages with their staff (once actually returning to the salon) to get ahold of my technician, who happens to be the manager of the location, but no call backs. I know that I should have checked the price on the website but shame on me for trusting their word. The other locations could only help by once again taking my name and number. Another strange thing was that my receipt said my service was an "ombré brow" with a 20.17% discount. I did not receive an ombré brow service, just the minimum microblading service.
