The General Plumbing Company should be at the top of the list when searching for a reputable person…read moreto handle any plumbing needs you have. It took me awhile to find Roy, aka Matthew, but when I did I hit the jackpot. He helped me over the phone one afternoon while he was working, then again at night by text when I hadn't expected to hear back until the following day or who knows... perhaps never. With his help I bought a clamp but he was concerned about the photo I sent fearing with good reason the clamp would only be a temporary fix. So he came the next afternoon, put the clamp on and then crawled under the house to ascertain the extent of my problem. When he emerged he told me exactly what needed to be done and that he would return to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. He returned six days later and did exactly as he described in record time! Then he even put all the dirt back into the enormous hole. Matthew, aka Roy, is an honest, reliable and reasonably priced plumber and to top it off, he's an all around great guy!!! I am a seventy-nine year old gal who has never in my life been treated so well by any person I have ever hired. Thank you Matthew! May your kindness return to you a thousand times!!!

Follow-up via texts, including a photo and information about the technician, Antonio, let us know who was coming and when. While building design precluded the ability to see the rather complicated drainage path in full, we were confident in the service and will turn to Antonio and CPI for future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Giving two stars because he did install a replacement water heater…read more I'm located in California and hired Newton's to replace a water heater in a mobile home we own in Washington. I expected the water heater to be installed to Washington's code, upon inspection for sale of mobile home we were advised no drain pipe was connected to allow overflow water to drain under mobile home. As you can see in the picture a drip pan with a outlet that goes on mobile home floor was left unfinished. When we contacted owner he became defensive and claimed he noted on final invoice there was an additional charge to complete the job. I hired him to perform a service and expected the quote he provided and I paid would reflect all that is required to meet code. I was sadly disappointed and intend on contacting Washington's licensing board to report job not done to code requirements.
