She didn't yet have her RX bc we had to do a 2nd exam, so we figured we'd just try on some frames that way we could order them right away. Staff here was just as chill as the UTC location--very friendly, not pushy, super helpful. They let us try on a lot of frames until she found the ones she wanted. I told them we weren't ready to order and they said no problem and just sent me an email with the info. While I was there I had them make a slight adjustment to my glasses as they had been sliding down my nose when I'd look down, this was done very quickly with no charge. Once we had my daughter's RX, we placed the order and the glasses arrived about 10 days later. She was required to go back in to optometrist a couple months later to see if any rx changes were required. This concerned me that we might have to repurchase the lenses but Warby Parker let me know they could replace the lenses at no extra cost if her rx changed within a year of order. She ended up not needing to change the prescription so this service was not required, however it was great to know that it wouldn't be an additional charge. I can't recommend their products enough! I love my glasses and so does my daughter.

Schedule your exam if your first timer! Fill out the online forms. The staff will then stay in touch with any questions or concerns you may have before your appointment. THE SERVICES: The cost of the eye exam is $98 which the eye dilation is included with this price . Now you can choose eye, dilation, or pay the retinal imaging fee of $39 which would be separate . I had to drive right after my eye exam so I did a selection of retinal Imaging. I personally thought it was really cool. It was quick, easy and no side effects after. After I got my results, I was transitioned to one of the staff members where she was professional in guiding me to pick the perfect lens's for my frames. The Associate was thorough in giving me details with pricing, insurance coverage, giving me information about blue light, crystal, anti scratch, sharp vision. A lot of great info. Helped me narrow down my options and make an educated decision. Thank you so much! not even Kaiser gave me this much information when I first got my eyes checked two years ago. I just received my prescription glasses and I absolutely love them. I can sit here and say that I'm very satisfied with the service I received along with the professionalism of the associate that work at this location in target. I arranged an eye exam with another optometrist who wrote a much different prescription and even let me compare the two prescriptions in temporary glasses. The second prescription was clearly the correct one. I now have a $500 pair of glasses that I can't use and Target Optical has refused to reimburse for the cost of glasses with the incorrect prescription. I recommend finding a more competent optometrist.

I went to get it filled and was told it was over $400 a month. The pharmacist asked if I had a coupon which of course I did not. She then went on to tell me that anyone that starts this medication is given a coupon by the Dr because of the expense. She directed me to the Allergan site where I could print off a card for a 90 day free supply and 12 months at $20 per month. I call the Morris Eye Group to express my dissatisfaction and was told that they do indeed have coupons and the Dr. must have forgot. That is a big "forgot" to a patient. Then the only thing she said was sorry we all make mistakes, REALLY! You could have thought she would ask me for my address to mail one out to me but nothing. Very disappointing.

I chose this place because it appeared as in‑network under my vision insurance. My health insurance is UnitedHealthcare, one of the most common and widely accepted plans, so I had no reason to expect any problems. The exam they provided was nothing special--just the same basic check she gets anywhere when getting new glasses. Then I received a bill for almost $700 because they decided to bill the visit through my medical insurance instead, which was out of network. At no point did the receptionist or anyone else warn me that the visit would be billed this way or that it would be considered out of network. There was zero transparency. I even asked for a detailed billing statement to understand the charges, and they never responded. Not a single reply. This felt misleading and completely avoidable. Families deserve honest information before an appointment, not surprise bills afterward. I do not recommend this place and I don't want anyone else to get scammed the way I did. Just don't go!
