I'll set the scene - I'm 28, carry about a 5 handicap index, and have never been fitted. I've…read morealways bought clubs and equipment as cheap as I could on eBay or RockBottom and have never considered an in person fitting. A pair of guys at the club I belong to recommended Jordan at Club Champion. I decided to go online and schedule myself for a full bag fitting. I told Jordan I'd likely want to keep as many of the heads I have as possible as they're not that old. He started fitting me with different shafts and heads that were comparable to the ones I have. My miss with the long irons has always been right and/or thin. If I do hit the long irons (3, 4, 5) well, it's usually a pull. Jordan took about 10 seconds to find the right shaft to solve this issue. Immediately with the new shaft and a similar head I started puring 6-irons pin straight with a slight draw. It was literally like watching a miracle. I got to the course, added about 8-9 yards of distance on each iron and the right miss is entirely gone. Got down to the wedges, and he suggested some different 56 and 60 degree wedges than the ones I carry. He noted a lot of things, found where my leading edge hits the ground and fitted me with some new ones. Told me I should be hitting full shots with all of my wedges. I always carried a gap wedge, a sand wedge and a lob wedge that I never ever hit with full swings. Hit some good drives with the driver, and if I hit the driver well I usually have to strengthen the grip in an effort to hit it straight. I do have a relatively new, adjustable loft/lie driver head, so Jordan adjusted it (which I never did, because I knew I could sometimes hit it correctly), and it was once again a miracle. The ball was drawing. I could even use my old, very comfortable grip and the ball was going straight. Last thing - the putter. Without going into detail, I carry a nice Odyssey blade, and after spending 15 minutes with Jordan watching and some of his adjustments, I started hitting CONSISTENT putts...over and over and over again. I will never consider buying clubs online again. Not without Jordan's approval. Club Champion is the real deal. I would recommend every single golfer go see him, without a doubt.

The cashier repeats that theyre not upfront- to which I finally break and stare "it appears that I'm being an inconvenience to you all by asking you to do your job while you're at your job. Clearly no one wants to help or sell this product to me so I will take my business elsewhere" I can't recommend going to another location. I get that the product I'm looking for isn't a regularly sold item at Dicks but for Christ sake; if it's available why is no one trying to sell a customer their product? And it made me look like the asshole- which makes me not only never want to come back here but to write a review on how awful the place is to convince more customers to not come here.
