Since then, we've made multiple attempts to follow up with Dexter. We've called, left voicemails, and the only response we've received for him are vague promises like "we'll try to get there this weekend," with no follow-through. It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating, and we're still waiting for the work to be finished. Very disappointed in the follow-up and reliability. Would not recommend.
