This may be a wonderful park, but like most, it has restrictions that may or may not be suitable for your lifestyle.
For example, we have a little dog (Chihuahua that never barks) that we are accustomed to letting out the back door for 2 minutes for her to do her business. Where we now live we have a short, 3' high nearly invisible fence enclosing an area of about 150 square feet where she goes out, and comes right back in within 2 minutes.
This park prohibits fencing.
When this sort of park says "no fencing" they mean NO FENCING, not even if it is screened and nearly invisible. And even if this sort of fencing was allowed, another rule says your dog must be accompanied at all times. So that means if it is raining and you are sick, you must accompany your dog outside for the duration in the rain.
It is likely that even if the dog was totally silent, was outside for less than 2 minutes, and a fence was nearly invisible, an intolerant neighbor is likely to file a complaint which the park is obligated to enforce.
That type of arbitrariness will be off-limits for my search. read more
