My mom and my daughter wanted Fox's. I didn't. Why? Because they get my order wrong every time! My daughter called in an order at 4:40 then drove to Rayville from where we live in Bee Bayou to pick up the food. Guess what? My parents' burgers and fries were correct. My daughter and I both ordered wedgies with fries and neither of our orders were in the bag. Instead we got some kind of stuffed cheesesticks. So I called - something I have had to do every time I've ever ordered something to go from Fox's. He said give him 10 min. No I'm sorry. No explanation. Just give him 10 min. So we drive back to Rayville from Bee Bayou AGAIN, went through the drive thru, and received what we thought was surely our orders. Guess what? What he handed us was only our wedgies! No fries! Also missing from that interaction - an apology or explanation. Just basically handed the bag to my daughter and turned and walked away. We drove back around and parked and i went inside. By this point, my blood was boiling. What didnt help was the 10 minute long coversation that i had to stand there and listen to that was taking place between the employee at the register and a customer. There was a little flirtation but i didnt find it sweet or cute in the very least bc from that conversation, I learned that he was 81 yrs old and that she was entirely too young for him! Anyway, not one time did she or anyone else acknowledge my presence. Finally, the man noticed and stepped out of the way. I told her the situation and she turned around and told one of the cooks she needed 2 orders of fries with cheese sauce. He didn't acknowledge her order. In all honesty, those guys were so slow, so quiet, so sloth-like that I wanted to ask them if they were drunk. Maybe they smoked some weed on their breaks, idk. But my point is that nobody in this entire place had any pep in their step, noone was empathetic with my situation, noone tried to remedy my situation and make sure I come back to eat there again. Nope. They were indifferent. Emotionless zombies. They simply didn't give a crap. I ended up waiting FOREVER on those fries btw and when she gave em to me, she didn't even rem the cheese sauce!!! At that point, it was like a slap in my face! We didn't get home to est until almost 6:15! We had been dealing with Fox's for almost 2 hrs!! That is simply unacceptable. I won't be spending another dime there. These folks need more than just restaurant training. They need some dang home training. They need to learn manners and how to be gracious. I still never got an I'm sorry or even a thank you out of these rude people. I'm done with Fox's. It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever grace them with my presence again I n. Completely incompetent and they couldn't care less. read more
