My SO and I walked in and our food was done in record time. We put our tailgate down on our truck and ate there. The sausage had an amazing flavor to it. I normally dislike sausage (SO likes it) but it was yummy! The pizza was thick and had plenty of toppings. Their breadsticks were great too! Tons of flavor and you get plenty with your order. The chicken was really good too! They definitely know how to season! This is only my 2nd time there in like 6 months but we will definitely be back!!

For the second time, my order was messed up. I ordered directly through the Vocelli website, not a…read morethird-party app. The video I posted shows exactly what appeared on my end. I ordered the Big Italian with hot honey, but my order arrived without the hot honey. I called and spoke with the manager, Mike, who seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue and only offered a store credit. He repeatedly claimed the receipt showed "no hot honey," implying this was my mistake. However, as the video shows, there was no option for me to select "no hot honey." I simply selected the crust and added the item to my cart. Instead of resolving the problem and giving me what I paid for, Mike argued with me, repeatedly blaming me and insisting that was what I ordered. His response was dismissive and frustrating, and the conversation escalated because he would not listen when I clearly stated multiple times: I want what I paid for. Mike refused to send a corrected order, claiming I live too far away (I'm 10 minutes away), and continued pushing a credit instead of making the order right. He even blamed Vocelli's ordering issue on a "third-party app," despite me ordering through Vocelli's website. When I asked for a refund, he said he'd "try." At the end of the day, I wanted the order I paid for, not excuses, blame, or an argument. Good customer service means fixing mistakes, not blaming customers and offering credits as a default solution. After this happening for the second time, and after the way this was handled, I will not order from here again and would warn others to go elsewhere. Mike should not be in a management position if this is how customer concerns are handled. --- to see video look on google reviews ---

After arriving late to my hotel and famished from my travels to Pittsburgh I asked the front desk for somewhere to deliver me dinner around 9:45 PM. She handed me some pizza menus and I expected nothing special. Boy, was I wrong!!! I opened the menu and looked at the sandwiches. It was the normal fare, some of those tasty Pittsburgh sandwiches with fries and slaw, but also something far more intriguing. They boast a wonderful take on the Philly cheesesteak. This is a heavenly combination of steak, cheese, peppers and MAYO! I tried this and have never had a better philly in my life. This is usually an off menu order for me, but MM MM Pizza serves this all day long! I attached a photo of the menu and one of the sandwich itself. I also had the provolone sticks dipped in mayo and they were quite nice.

The only thing they seem to have gotten right was the cheese fries. If the service as far as the preparation of the food is any indicator, I'm pretty sure the cleanliness of the pizza place is just as poor. Though the place appeared clean when I walked in, what the staff told me while we made small talk was concerning. They apparently have a bat hanging around in the back part of their building?! Apparently that isn't a big deal for them so I'd imagine the same lackadaisical attitude goes hand in hand with the rest of their duties. I'm guessing their fresh ingredients weren't so fresh and the handling of the rest of my food was done with little regard for anything. There are much better pizza places in town. If you want quality food at a lower price; that's handled with care, Olive Oil's Pizzeria is the way to go. Avoid this overpriced pizza place. Poor service and poor quality food.

Located in a strip plaza with…read morevarious shopping places, it had the vibe of a local diner but with menu choices that were not-so-ordinary. The service was outstanding -- helpful but not intrusive. The bad news is that because I was meeting a friend that I had not seen in a long time, I was so involved with our conversation that I completely forgot to take menu pictures or even food pictures -- the horror! We started our food adventure here with one of the seasonal specialties -- the "Yammin Kegs" -- which looked like a rather large tater tot -- but made of sweet potatoes with cinnamon and maple. The serving had about eight, a shareable size. They were quite good on their own, but it was the bourbon caramel sauce on the side that turned this into more of a dessert where ordering another was very tempting. For the entree, the seasonal soup and salad, a red pepper and gouda soup and a grilled provolone and American cheese sandwich made with sourdough caught my attention. Although seemingly ordinary, it was anything but that. The soup had enough of a bite from the red pepper to keep it out of the bland, and the sandwich was toasted perfectly with the right amount of crunch to counter the gooey-cheese. I don't know -- maybe it was being together with a good friend and the conversation that made this simple meal stand out -- but it did and that's going to stay with me. This will be a visit-again place the next time I'm in the area.
