Best Pizza west of California, Wonderful pizza, pleasant atmosphere and good service. I have been eating their pizza for over 15 years.

Foxburg Pizza restaurant is located along the Allegheny River in Foxburg, PA . It has a picturesque view of the river/bridge and is next to the Foxburg Inn in Western PA. They offer breakfast items besides sandwiches, salads and subs. This time I had the pepperoni pizza which was delicious. There is always plenty of indoor seating for dining in plus takeout is available. Furthermore, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's always a great place to get a bite with many different food varieties to choose from and affordable. I definitely will be back next time I am in this small town. read more

Stopped by here after a round of golf. I am from out of town but my family was familiar with this restaurant. I got the spicy Italian and it was delicious! Very flavorful and perfectly toasted. It was confusing when we walked in, as there are two areas, and you order through another door. There was no signs ti indicate this. The tables were very sticky and seemed like they needed to be cleaned. There was a really nice view of the river. They could really utilize the view with pavements of seating. read more

Very good pizza, and great, friendly service. The crust is just thick enough, chewy and good. The sauce is also very good, and it was plentiful on the pie. I was pleased to see this, as I am used to having to verbally ask for extra sauce most places I go. My daughter liked it so much, I caught her licking the residual sauce that was left in the cup provided with our cheesy breadsticks, as she exclaimed "This is excellent!". The interior of the restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, with lots of wood and great country charm. Everybody we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They offer items other than just the normal and speciality pizza; they have multiple subs, salads, and a great selection of beer in bottle or six pack. Not only do they have great pizza with many variations but everything on the menu is good. I am blown away by the fish sandwich. Expecting the usual hard square thing served elsewhere, I was stunned to find a large sandwich with what appears to be an entire fish. What a bargain. Breakfast is only served Fri-Sun until 11:00, get there early for a good deal. Prices are very reasonable. Go there. read more

We stopped by here on the way to New York. Best BBQ Chicken Pizza I've tasted so far! We loved the atmosphere, kind of rustic (if that's the right word), and you have a wonderful view of the mountains outside. Most of the staff are nice. If you're in a Pizza moods, definitely give it a try. Cons: Drink cups only come in one size. Not all pizzas come in different sizes Entrance to the restaurant is weird, we didn't know if we came to the right place because we had to walk through a hallway to get to the actual restaurant. Through the process of elimination (we had already gone to 2 out of the 3 dining establishments in town) we decided to try Foxburg Pizza for lunch. The pizzeria had a cozy feel to it....open space, country styled decor, maple wood furniture, and the place was impeccably clean. A basic 14" cheese or pepperoni pizza is $14.99, with an additional $1 per topping. They also sell personal sized 7" pizzas for $7.99, salads, and breadsticks. As for their New York style thin crust pizza, it was just okay...nothing to write home about. read more

The breakfasts here are wonderful! There are smaller meals from oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, or bigger breakfast like eggs, sausage, hash browns, with pancakes.( The blueberry pancakes are great!) There is also breakfast pizza. I have had other meals here also. The pizza is good, but a little greasy. The cheesy breadsticks are my favorite! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Haven't tried anything but breakfast here, and it is absolutely wonderful, one of the best places for breakfast you could find. Had the corned beef, which they call something like 'break of day'. Enough on the plate to last til break of nightfall. Excellent coffee, which is very hard to find these days. Whole wheat toast from home made bread, swimming in butter as it should do. Right next door to the Foxburgh Inn if you stay there, don't miss this place for breakfast. read more

Typically the food is okay, but the prices aren't all that great. I had a few issues with the service though, mostly involving an older 'gentleman' with gray hair and I'm pretty sure he had glasses. Very rude indeed. I took my parents out to breakfast when they came to visit, and this man screwed up our order. I'd say we waited 20-30 minutes which is extremely unusual, then they brought out the wrong food. We were starving and we really didn't want to have to wait 20-30 more minutes for our food to be remade. When we said it was incorrect, the man insisted we ordered what was prepared and (since my father's erroneous meal came out first), this man insisted that my father was wrong. First off, my father's unusually intelligent. I also heard him order, and we had ordered almost the same meal, and what was brought out was NOT it. This guy copped an attitude with us like we were in the wrong and was very defensive, and pushed my buttons right in. Normally I'm really calm even when people are acting ignorant, but I had to get heated and tell him how it was. It was RIDICULOUS. I couldn't believe it had to be such a horrible experience on the one occasion that my parents came out for an overnight visit. I don't recall seeing a lot of males working there, so this was probably also the same man that was very rude to me on the phone when I called in a pizza order at a previous time. I was supplying for my workplace, and the pizzas aren't cheap. I overheard them say they gave a local worker discount on food (I assumed that meant in the Foxburg plaza, which is not where I had worked, but I had worked close). I asked, since I was buying a few pizzas, if there was any discount they could give me and he popped off with, "Not unless you're buying 100 pizzas!" I thought- what a jerk. He could have just said no, but he had to take it to the jerk level. I'd have been in the right if I just completely discontinued my business with this place, but I guess I had to learn the hard way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. The Allegheny Grill is also overpriced. You would be better served if you went to the Truck Stop Plaza at exit 45, or went to another town, for better food and service. read more

Really good pizza! A bit small for the price but they load the toppings on thick so it takes fewer slices to fill up.
