Am sorry, but with all due respect I would not recommend this law office. I called and asked if…read morethey handled Social Security issues. I was told they do and they would have Mr. Garrison call me. He called me a short time later and as we were talking I was explaining my need in looking for an attorney and stated that because I was fighting SS for an over payment they claim they did that no lawyer would help as by law they cannot charge a fee and can only handle people who are seeking to GET their SS claim approved, NOT fight for those that were so called over payment. As we were talking, and I was trying to understand this he stated that NO lawyer would help as they would get disbarred if they did. Mr. Garrison then stated that he could not talk longer as he had a conference call about to start and rushed me off the phone. I think this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as HE called me back and should have made sure he had the time to talk when he did call me back. Seeing we had ONLY been talking for FOUR minutes before this. To me, this law firm is just as bad at the social security office and not willing to help someone. Because of this I would NOT recommend having them represent ANYONE in ANY type of case. Sad how people treat people, just as bad as our government.

Attorney Billy Gribble is Amazing. Please take a moment to…read moreread my entire review. Billy is not well known because he doesn't advertise, but he is simply a hidden gem. I recently went through a divorce. Before coming to Billy, I hired a big shot attorney in Knoxville that was absolutely worthless. After she represented me for 30 days, I quickly realized that she wasn't vested in me or my case. She sold me a bill of goods but after she received my money. She wouldn't return my calls, and she would not listen to what my concerns are. She just kept saying. I do this everyday and let me lawyer for you. See, I knew that my case was going to be a hard one, and I strategized for 3 years before filing for divorce. My previous attorney's legal advice had my case going sideways really fast. I had a sick feeling in my gut. So I reached out to Billy to get advice about my case. He had the answers that I already knew was true but my current lawyer ignored. So I gladly walked away from a 3500 retainer fee, and paid Billy a new retainer. Billy took time and listened to me. Then he emotionally vested his self and time into my case. He used everything that I gave him with a list of embarrassing interogatories, restraining orders, and contempt charges. After he dropped off our discovery, the next call was let's schedule mediation and settle. Where as before, my exwife wanted to try our case in front of the judge, and act like she was the victim. So after 10 hours of meditation, (which Billy never took another call or stepped out of the room). I had his undivided attention. At the end of mediation, he settled our divorce and I am not paying 1 cent in alimony. We divided assets equally, and I didn't have to conceed on one issue. So, if you truly want an attorney that's reasonable and cares deeply about the client. Then you should hire Attorney Billy Gribble. Especially if you are getting divorced in Knoxville. He's not in the downtown Knoxville attorney club. My ex-wife and her big shot Knoxville Down Town attorney got it handed to her solely because of my decision to fire my other attorney and hire Attorney Billy Gribble. He stood up for me and he believed in my case. I can never thank you enough Billy Gribble. You truly represented me & protected my family's future.
