Josh dispatched Eric and his helper (his delightful and very capable spouse), and they stayed until after 6:30 PM on a Saturday night making sure everything was perfect. They didn't just mount the TV -- they handled all the moving parts: getting the Samsung and Xfinity remotes working correctly, restoring soundbar volume control, troubleshooting connection issues, and reconnecting my Apple TV. Eric's communication was excellent throughout the day and the whole experience was beyond my expectations. Afterward, I looked at their website and realized how many different services they offer -- and that's their edge. You're not hiring "two guys who can hang a TV."
