I filled out the contact form on their website last night, and had a response before I was even outta bed. We had a brief, pleasant chat on the phone and he agreed to come bid the work. He showed up an hour later, offered a business card and a friendly handshake, and 3 minutes later offered me a bid at an awesome price. He's a super nice guy, doing everything himself, and his truck isn't the newest. Keeping costs low! I dig that so much. Just the kind of guy I want to support.

They demo'd and removed the hot tub and a portion of the deck, as we requested. They were quick, cleaned up the yard and the street when they were done, hauled away a lot of stuff for us, and they didn't damage any of our property or the portions of deck we were keeping. We were able to schedule ahead of time, they called to confirm, and arrived on time. They had to come to our property to give a price for the work, so we didn't know the price ahead of time.
