In NYC we don't have the luxury of a lot of space, so a shed in my backyard would make great use of being able to have additional space. I reached out to all the popular places, Home Depot, Lowe's etc. Unfortunately NONE of them would be willling to carry supplies through my home, as all of their kits come with the walls pre-built and thus unable to enter into a home that does not have backyard access. NYC backyards are always closed off! It wasn't until I came across Pleasant Run Structures and their team of experts that I realized this dream to have an extra room in my backyard could happen. The came up with a custom design that they would be able to bring through my home and into my backyard and build from scratch! Truly remarkable. Nobody else would offer this. They came Thursday morning at 7am and were finished by 2:30. It was a crew of 3, they were very respectful and considerate. They even installed the insulation I had for the flooring. I was really impressed with how fast they built the shed. Not just framing it out and laying in the ply for floors and walls, but also the vinyl siding and 6ft patio doors, roof shingling etc, wow!
