Person responded quickly on yelp, came for a quick estimate and then scheduled a day to come, and did the roof. once we paid and later checked the roof are two days off dying and saw parts weren't completely covered, roof has remained sticky/tacky months later and holes are already starting to show. Was told we have a three year warranty but have not been able to get anyone to come back to actually fix the roof. Have been promised multiple times someone will come, but no one ever does.

They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end???
