A & R Screening responded promptly to all my questions and even added on a shirt last minute for a late participant. The shirts were ready more than a week before game time and pick up was smooth. I went to her shop the next day to look at the paper she recommended for wedding invitations (linen pearl) which I wasn't fond of, I didn't want any texture. She showed me some others that I liked and she was able to go pick it up from her distributor the next day. We ended up with a smooth white pearl that has a shimmer. They turned out great! However, I was very displeased with the communication and the task it took to get the obituaries printed. It was completely scared I would not get the prints in time for the services despite paying immediately for the quote. Please do better.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lack of communication is unbelievable. There was an issue with…read morethe tablecloth I ordered....I was promised a replacement and NEVER RECEIVED IT! This was back in April.....it is now July. I knew I should've passed this place on by when I attempted to come here the first time.....I ended up waiting inside the shop for like a good 10 minutes and the place was totally empty! No one came out to greet me or anything...I ended up leaving and went to another shop....had a weird vibe from that place and decided to give this place another try. Big mistake. I was told there was an issue with my logo files (which is why the tablecloth didn't come out right the first time, which is why he promised me a replacement), and he told me he would see if his graphic designer could fix it (before he attempted to print the second tablecloth). He said he would get back to me, let me know how much she charges and we can go from there. Ok fine. Some weeks go by and I emailed him trying to see what was up with my logo and if it could be fixed. He said she couldn't fix it, but he was gonna have someone else take a look at it. At that point (because so much time had gone by), I told him if the tablecloth can't be done with the files I gave him, then I'd be ok with having some other work done that would equal the amount I already paid, or I'd simply take a refund. Another week or so goes by before he responds back and all he said was he'd give me a call once he got back in the office. That never happened. At that point, I was DONE. I called my bank, filed a claim, and cut off any more communication with him. He tried to call me when I'm sure he seen that chargeback on his account, but I refused to answer the phone because there was absolutely nothing else to talk about. I'm so over these businesses with crappy customer service! Now I'm stuck with a tablecloth I can't use and I ended up having to pay someone else to make me a tablecloth. Please read the reviews about this business before you give them your money! It's a shame that it's not even the quality of the work that makes this place bogus.....it's the way issues are being handled that's gonna drive the customers away. Do business here at your own risk!
