Customer Service. They are friendly and knowledgable as well as being outstandingly easy to get ahold of should you need to speak with them about your order. Each time I've ordered they were very helpful in designing exactly what I needed. Quality. I got exactly what I ordered which might sound like a given, but it's actually harder to get what you ask for than you would think at most shops. Each piece was high quality and affordable. No rickety part or chipping at all. The alignment is rather impressive as well. Order time. They are shockingly faster than you would think. For a more time consuming piece with lots of customization the turn around in still very respectable. I have also never gotten a piece later than the given date, In fact I have gotten them a day early more often than on time lol All in all this is an outstandingly professional shop and I recommend anyone there for your award needs. After using them, we also found out that the store does shirts, plaques and engravings. I have since used them a few times for work for recognition purposes, and they've come through for me with next day shipping.
