I was trying to exchange an item for the exact same item. The reason for the exchange was that the pants I received as a gift were a much shorter fit than the same model I've bought before. I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted to exchange them for the same style in a normal fit. Because I didn't have the receipt or tag, I was told I couldn't make the exchange. The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected. I will no longer be shopping at Lululemon and will be taking my business to Alo instead.

Marlin was incredibly patient and helpful, going back and forth to grab multiple pairs from back stock without ever making us feel rushed. We ultimately decided to wait. Fast forward over a month later, I ended up buying her the shoes for Christmas, and we came back so she could try a different size. As soon as we walked in, Marlin actually remembered her and jumped right in to help again, which honestly blew us away. On top of that, Brittney stepped in and shared her own experience with being between sizes and worked closely with my girlfriend to make sure she felt confident in the fit. Me: Annoyed. "Yes". Mind you I was wearing the whole suit when I asked her. I complained to the salesperson at the register and she was actually pretty attentive and empathetic. I did tell her that this particular salesperson needed a refresher course in basic customer service skills. As I was leaving, a different salesperson who was standing at the front of the store looked at me as I was leaving with a blank stare. No "thank you", no acknowledgement. Nothing.
