Dinner is more than just run of the mill pub grub,although that is available, the chef has the talents to make all things wonderful. In addition to the standard "pub fare," there are amazing specials that disprove the stereotypes of bland British foods. Worth a try! The location couldn't be better either, small quiet english village within easy traveling distance to many attractions within and around Somerset region of England.

Flera sorter från lokala bryggerier finns att prova och jag fann aldrig nån anledning att ens kolla om de hade nån "vanlig" lager eller sånt blask. Är man i UK så är man. :) Maten är bra och du får mycket för pengarna. Jag åt en grillad köttbit med strips ( 4 cm tjocka!) med grillad svamp och tomater. Till det örtsmör på köttet och en skål gräddsås gjord med lokal blåmögelost. Köttet var mört och fint men intrycket grumlades något av att grillen inte rengjorts bra så det smakade lite bränt även om köttet var bra tillrett. Det var det enda minuset. Efterrätterna var fantastiska dock så totalintrycket blir högt. Man får inte vänta sig för mycket av en vanlig pub på landet. Är ni i närheten, stanna till här och njut av livet ett tag.
