These guys are awesome! I have been using Fox Honda for servicing my 2005 Honda Accord for several years and have never had a bad experience. Earlier tonight, I was on my way to a meeting and I started hearing a scraping sound under my car. I pulled over and saw that something metal and half-round was dangling from under my car. I slowly continued to Fox Honda where I decided to drop my car off and call them in the morning to get it serviced. I pulled in at 6:59pm and they closed at 7pm, so they opened the garage door and let me pull in. I explained the issue and said that I expected them to be closed so I was planning to just drop the car off. The technician took a look under the car and told me it was the heat shield for my catalytic converter, and he said he would take it back and replace it right then. I was so thankful that they were willing to stay open a few minutes longer to help me out! They hoisted the car up in the shop and quickly replaced the heat shield, and less than 10 minutes after I pulled up, I was out the door. This is by far the best service I've ever received from a dealer/service center, and they will definitely keep my business in the future. Thanks! read more

They are very technology advanced. They text you detailing each repair suggestion with pictures/videos of the part, the repairs that are truly necessary and what to keep an eye on. The text gives you the ability to choose what you want done, almost like a menu. Pretty cool!!! The waiting area and restrooms are very clean and I appreciate the complimentary beverages. There is a private computer room and children's room providing privacy. I highly recommend Honda for reliability, expertise and friendliness. read more

Fox Honda Grand Rapids initially provided a great purchasing experience when we bought a used Honda Pilot, but my experience with their service department was deeply disappointing. When my vehicle developed issues a year later, a third-party shop diagnosed it as needing a new transmission. However, Fox Honda's service advisor, AJ, dismissed this and recommended $2,066 in repairs, which I approved. The repairs failed to resolve the problem, and further discussions with service manager Rob turned hostile, making me feel uncomfortable. Eventually, Fox Honda admitted the car needed a new transmission, quoting nearly $10,000. Despite their misdiagnosis and unnecessary repairs, they only offered a partial refund of $500. Frustrated by the poor service and lack of accountability, I took my business elsewhere. read more

Since moving into GR back in 2005, we have bought now both of our vehicles from Fox Honda. Our first was the 2006 Honda Civic, which we really loved and the service Fox gave us with this car was so good, that we did not want to go anywhere else. We really wanted to buy our new CR-V from Fox Honda and as a result of their good sales rep(guidelines say we cannot mention names,sorry about that,for I sure would like to)and his determination to keep us as a customer, we were able to make a wonderful deal for the CR-V we wanted and the Dealership(Fox) we wanted. I am a female and I find it more comfortable to work with female sales reps if at all possible. I got connected with Jessica who was fantastic to work with...professional, knowledgable, and patient! Recently my 10 year old car left me stranded. With repairs being more expensive than I was willing to pay, a friend recommended talking with Jim Martin at Fox Honda. Jim was wonderful. I take my car here for repair and oil changes. Every person I've dealt with through the years have all been extra helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I don't know how they keep finding these special people but it makes my visits very pleasant. She suggested a loaner car this time and worked with me on what options I had for a sizable service order. The sales consultant I dealt with quoted me a great price on a new Accord. He looked up the vehicle on KBB.com and quoted the fair purchase price. This price was considerably less than Consumers Report stated for this car. Also, the staff was very accommodating during my visit. Granted all this was during the sales process, however, I believe they will be similar when I bring the car in for service. read more
