They were responsive during their business hours when calling and they provided the quote quickly and a pretty short turnaround too. The price including delivery and installation was competitive compared to other shops as well. Red and his team did a great job of making it look effortless and finishing the job quickly. Overall I liked the communication, professional ethic, price, and the turnaround time on this job. After a long year of searching for the right glass / mirror company to replace an odd shaped…read morebuilder mirror, we found Glass Guru. Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

5 Stars for great follow-up with quotes and a job well-done…read more I needed a half glass wall for my shower, after having spent a month showering in the corner trying not to wet the floor. Could I have added a curtain temporarily? Yes. Would that have let me put this order and installation off for another few years? Surely. Frank answered our Request a Quote on Yelp with some great information. After that, we got a quote and were able to move forward. Frank came by to look at the shower and make his own measurements (a good thing, because ours were definitely off). He also made some suggestions- like raising the top of the glass higher. In hindsight, leaving it the way we had initially planned would have been a wet disaster, so I appreciated his expertise. Eventually, a final quote came our way. I'll admit that I missed the call and then never called Frank back, so I'm glad he had great follow-up to account for my forgetfulness! We scheduled installation as soon as the glass piece had arrived at his workshop and Frank and another gentleman came and had it installed in no time. He noticed a part of my shower wasn't caulked and even caulked it himself, though it wasn't necessary to the job. Really great service! In the end, we're very happy with the new shower glass and would recommend Frank to anyone in the future. Plus, I have a mirror I need fitted in a frame, so he'll be hearing back from me soon!
