Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

Tech arrived, and in a very rude and patronizing way told us all the reasons he couldn't install our doors, including telling us that one of our doors was missing a bunch of hardware. Said it'd be better for them to build a custom door and he'd send us a quote. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of continuing to work with them because he was such a jerk. 1) the quote never arrived - we never heard from them again after the tech came out. Which turned out to be good because, 2) we looked at the door he claimed was missing hardware -- it was all there, he clearly just didn't want to do it, and wanted us to buy glass from them instead. All in all, we called someone else who came right out, installed the door for less than HALF what these guys quoted me (and the door works great, no issues), and was pleasant to work with. So, save yourself the trouble, just go elsewhere to begin with.
