The next morning, I received a call saying the car was ready. I'm so happy businesses like this still exist. When I picked up the car, the next stop on my itinerary was to find a car wash or somewhere with an industrial vacuum to remove the debris from the broken window, which was all over the seats and floor. When I looked in the car, I noticed Norman's had already vacuumed the entire car and hadn't charged me for it. I was beyond happy.
