It seems ever since they built their new headquarters on Cty. CB outside of Appleton, they have not pursued customer excellence. Case in point: my husband and I had acquired and paid off two mortgages, two personal loans, and a car loan with them over the first 20 years, and then when asking for a new credit card they would not issue one until we had a secured card with them for over a year. Fine, we did that, but since we got the CC, the VISA department has messed up on where to send our statements twice, did not credit the amount transferred to the balance, and now TWICE they have added payment credits from prior months back onto the balance. This is ridiculous! And when I call the service line, I keep getting dropped. Three times I requested a call back, and each time they call, the call drops as soon as I pick up! Speaking with a rep today and got dropped again. Unbelievable.

It's essentially a mini loan that is used when you overdraft your checking. It's 18 or 21% percentant interest but isn't much b/c its a small loan/short period. And over the years we had several loans with them. But during COVID they instituted a $5 transfer fee everytime money was transfered from Quick Cash....not a big deal... It would transfer small amounts during the day instead of low funds, instead of one large amount, or even at the end of the day. So I would have anywhere from $5 to $60 in one or two days until my direct deposit came through. I still have the account but found a new bank and removed my direct deposit. It seems to be the day and age where companies are great to customers when they're new and once they get established they don't care about customers, "Sorry, it's our new policy". Take your business somewhere else to avoid being nickel and dimed.
