I've referred several friends to him and we all have had nothing but good experiences. He makes it super quick and easy which is nice because other places I've been to seem to drag out the appointment and make me feel stressed and nervous but rocky is very calm and helps me feel relaxed and excited about my new piercings. After piercing, placed a CBR (learned afterward that it's best to place a post in cartilage until healed) and my ear cartilage swelled and was painful. The vibe is very dingy and not well thought out or executed. I have friends who went and had a good experience. Nothing personal, just not for me and I can't recommend based on lack of cleanliness during the piercing as well as cbr placed. Went elsewhere afterward and had a very different (positive) experience. This guy just needs a better interior designer and some up to date education. Nice guy tho!

The first place I went didn't quite give me the moon I was hoping for... it felt more like a chocolate chip cookie. Thank you for your patience, talent, and for helping me turn a mistake into something meaningful.

I got two piercings done, one on each side of my nose, I was kinda scared because it was my first piercings but the man who did the stabbing looked like an old biker. I was greeted like an old friend, welcomed by all and felt I was a valued customer. Great customer service is rare these days, and I was so relieved and less apprehensive after just a few minutes. The only thing I found difficult was to figure out who to call, no numbers on the door, no set hours on the door. Luckily the first time I decided to just drop in, people were there. The next time I stopped by to see about an appointment for a different service, no one was there, I didn't see anything telling me how to make contact, who to call or a website.
