Our tats turned out great, the redness was even gone before we left the shop! Definitely will be back. Only reason for not 5 stars is that it's cash only for the tattoos so stop by an ATM first.

After piercing, placed a CBR (learned afterward that it's best to place a post in cartilage until healed) and my ear cartilage swelled and was painful. The vibe is very dingy and not well thought out or executed. I have friends who went and had a good experience. Nothing personal, just not for me and I can't recommend based on lack of cleanliness during the piercing as well as cbr placed. Went elsewhere afterward and had a very different (positive) experience. This guy just needs a better interior designer and some up to date education. Nice guy tho!

Only five stars because I can't give more!!…read more I cannot say enough amazing things about Fox & Fern! I recently had eight piercings done with Derek, and it was truly the most luxurious and fantastic experience. As someone who has never had a piercing, tattoo, or anything like it--and who can barely stand needles--I was incredibly nervous at first. But the moment I walked in, the ambiance and friendliness of the entire team put me completely at ease. The space is beautiful, welcoming, and unlike anything I've ever experienced in a piercing studio. What really stood out to me was how collaborative and fun the process was. Picking out my jewelry felt like creating a piece of art, with multiple staff members jumping in to help curate the perfect combination for my ear. They have the BEST jewelry selection in the entire valley--unique, high-quality pieces that you just can't find anywhere else. I've already been back multiple times because the experience is just that good. I'll continue to come back as often as I can, and I highly encourage anyone who's been thinking about getting pierced to check them out. Whether it's your first piercing or your tenth, Fox & Fern will make it special, comfortable, and unforgettable.

I can't recommend Fox & Fern Piercing Studio enough or my piercer, Jace.

I was greeted like an old friend, welcomed by all and felt I was a valued customer. Great customer service is rare these days, and I was so relieved and less apprehensive after just a few minutes. The only thing I found difficult was to figure out who to call, no numbers on the door, no set hours on the door. Luckily the first time I decided to just drop in, people were there. The next time I stopped by to see about an appointment for a different service, no one was there, I didn't see anything telling me how to make contact, who to call or a website. I definitely may have missed it on their window or door, but I did look for quite a few minutes. Luckily, I had the business card of the person who I saw the first time. To sum up, finally, I sincerely believe each one takes their craft, or maybe 'talent' is a better word, seriously. They strive for you to have an amazing experience and be like me..can't wait to go back and try a few other things I've never heard of but know I'm definitely in good hands'.
