The tires I needed were not in stock so they ordered but they came early Friday morning and my car was ready by 10 AM that day. I picked up on Friday but after leaving shop and only about 2 miles away my tire sensor indicated my tires were low. I called the shop and they said it was probably a misread. They did offer to have me bring back to check, but I was stuck in late afternoon traffic and it would've been inconvenient to return. I simply filled tire back to normal and headed home. Unfortunately, on Saturday I got the alert and tires were low again. I tried to call the shop again, but they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So I filled up again and made it home. On Sunday when I headed to church about a mile from my home I got the alert again! Filled up after church and then later went to family's home about 7 miles away. When we came out that evening to go home tire was completely flat. My cousin had to take me home and I left my car at her home. Today Monday morning. I had to call AAA to take me back to Anaheim Wheel & Tire, which was 23 miles away because car was in Chino, not Anaheim. Unfortunately, this cost me $180 because I only have the basic plan. When I arrived back at the shop today, it took them 5 minutes to determine that the washer on tire valve was worn. I was greatly upset for all the time, inconvenience and cost when it should have been a standard process to check that upon installation of new tires. I requested assistance with cost and initially they refused, but later I was reimbursed for the tow! Despite all the inconveniences this weekend, Anaheim Wheel & Tire did come through and my car is now up and running again.

According to their website, the diagnostics would likely be free (finally in this economy, a price I can afford!) and the oil change comes in 3 levels; Good, Best, & Ultimate, with cash back offers on the Best/Ultimate levels. Since their website offered no price ranges, (I know costs are based on make, model, year & mileage in addition to oil type) I asked Google AI, which provided the range of $48 - $98. I decided to wait until they opened to get the quote based on my vehicle details & schedule the appointment. I am SO GLAD I did. As it turns out, there is no cash back offer ( as advertised) and it will be $170 for the oil change on the 2007 GMC Acadia SLT with less than 100k miles. Yes, $170.00! I cannot tell you if the $170 was for the Good, Better, or Best level oil change because the person who gave me the quote could/would not answer that question. I decided not to ask how much the free diagnostics were actually going to cost. I cannot speak to the quality of the work performed on the vehicles because I did not schedule an appointment.

I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. This is a franchised location, so keep that in mind when trying to exercise their 1 year 12k mile guarantee as I've been turned away from several neighboring locations and told to return specifically to this one (I get it.. everything is for profit right?
